Housekeeping entered our room at 8am after knocking once on day of check out to “do a check for the 11am check out”. Little issue when we were all fast asleep when this happened, told reception when we checked out and the response was “oh”. Check out reception was poor (told us no charges to room, we had to speak to another staff member to get the correct charges).

Close to universal studios (can walk or take free shuttle), staff member who checked us in was great and has clean/large rooms.

My first time staying at the Hilton. Perfect place to stay if you're going to Universal Studios. The hotel has a free shuttle, and it takes 5 minutes and runs all day till 11pm. The beds were so comfortable loved them. Pool and spa were great too. For a girls' trip, it worked out great. Definitely would be family friendly too. Would stay again.

The rooms and corridors were very tired and looked in desperate need of a refurbish. I don’t mind staying in hotels that need a refurbishment, but for the cost of this room my expectations were higher,

The room was a good size and the location was within a very short walk of Universal Studios Hollywood. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except the shuttle that transports you to and from the park gets crowded. Not a big deal since it’s a short walk.

Great location and friendly staff! The front desk was very accommodating of our early check-in. The beds are really Comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

The pool was closed and we didn't know it. Kid was pretty disappointed getting changed and walking down there to find an empty pool.

It was always quiet and was within walking distance to the universal front gate. Closer than most parking garages. Room service was pricey but delicious. They had beautiful grounds with privacy patios to smoke that were decorated and enjoyable.

What i did not like was the bathroom in our room when you take a shower the water is leaking out of the shower door. And we request for a microwave and try to charge us 25$ but when i said i need to think about it they said that it was free of charge. When it supposed to be include in the room. And also the ref isn’t working.

I like about this hotel was very convenient when you are going to Universal Studio. You can just walk or take the shuttle.

Excessive parking costs. The bath shower combo is a bit outdated. No amenities. I feel that for the price we paid, it did not meet expectations. The room was a bit small.

Location is what this property has going for it, as it is next to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Water pressure in the shower is terrible needs to be fixed, AC rattles when it is on, dust on the tops of the skirting tiles in the bathroom
