the refrigerator in the room didn't work too well. front desk was contacted and a technician was sent to room right away and was able to figure out the problem he was great but it the fridge didn't get cold enough. thankfully we were able to use ice.

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel was near venue I was visiting making it very convenient for me and my friend. we were able to walk. parking on site was great. we had a lovely stay

Switch rooms immediately if you get one by the elevator. Was barely able to sleep with all the noise the cables made as people rode up and down (even at two or three in the morning), was incredibly loud

Room: There were small spots of blood on the bathroom floor. Also, no housekeeping came the next day to change out towels. Had to pay for parking almost $97 for 2 nights.

Room: My son and I was able to change our room from 1 king bed to 2 double beds without an increase in rate. Hotel was located right next to train station as we were going to NYC for 2 Broadway shows.

Great location for Penn station for getting easily into NYC. wonderful lady on the front desk Doris, very kind and helpful. Bar and restaurant on site was good.

There was no one available to let us into the building to check in on Saturday night. It anss key pass access only. We had pressed the buzzer and no one responded. There happens to be staff passing by that let us in. Very inconvenient

Most of the staff was friendly. They give treats at check-in. It was close to the train, easy to get to New York City. Rooms were fairly clean and had everything we needed.

I was there for a concert so it's a walking distance from Prudential Center. Also, in front of the hotel is Newark Penn so it's easily accessible to go anywhere. Amazing staff.

We left the hotel for the weekend for a driving tour of the Hudson Valley, and checked back in on the Monday. It was frustrating that we could not leave our heavy bags in the storage lock up whilst we were away for a couple of days, but understand there may have been security issues at the hotel.

Convenient location for connecting with the airport and PATH for visiting NYC The restaurant meals were very good, and the bar and service staff were excellent. The shuttle drivers were very good and helpful too.

The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom sink was fairly quick to backup and increasingly slow to drain; which we didn't report to the front desk until the night before we left, because it had not gotten quite bad until then. In any case, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location, since we arrived to the area by Amtrak train and utilized PATH trains to/from Manhattan each of the two days we spent in Manhattan. Friendly, engaged and helpful staff at front desk. And, our room was very comfortable; we had stayed at this hotel on a couple of previous occasions and returned because of our positive experiences then. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I didn't like that I had a late check in because rooms weren't clean. I didn't like the fact that the cookies we were given had nuts in them when I have a peanut allergy

Late check in time and one of receptionist was not very welcoming , which I found very unusual for the US

Perfect place to stay on a layover. Very convenient to access NYC and Newark airport. Bed was very comfy and fairly quiet.
