Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

That breakfast a d parking was not included. I think for 193$ a night parking should definitely be included and breakfast could be at least included or a little less pricey
The property was nice and clean and asthetically pleasing. The rooms were roomy.

No clock in guestroom. Bar put auto gratuity on my bill, at least they should tell you it has already be applied, as I prefer to give cash.
Location was good for my trip. James picked me up at Midway, he was great, offered good info on Chicago.

How when I got there an extra $150 was added to my bill. That should be added when booking. Also a $2 drink shouldn't cost $5. For how much it costs to stay breakfast should also be free.

Our room- we booked for a king but received a queen double bed room. The hotel was sold out of king rooms upon booking (unbeknownst to me) and Booking.com was unable to reflect the available rooms on their website- per the front desk when I asked.
Loved the service at front desk both when checking in and checking out.

Ok, for the price we paid, was very disappointed that ur using 1 ply toilet paper. Maybe its not a big thing for U, but not acceptable when I stay and pay big bucks for 1 night And I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a make up mirror in the bathroom Last ur hotel can at least to have free breakfast Thanks for listening. Hope u take my remarks and suggestions seriously Never got to use my Hilton rewards, when I called them, told me no rooms were available. So I went else to get a room there. Wish the building had better views, considering it's a tall tower.
Proximity to Chinatown and other parts of the city. Loved that pool is open for the kids until 11pm on weekends.

I attended a larger event in the ballroom. The women’s restrooms near the ballroom seriously needed attention which was not taken care of during the evening. When I arrived I physically handed the front desk attendant the card I wished to have my charges put on. I had also made that request through Booking.com days before as well. The front desk assistant did not follow as instructed and the charge went through on the incorrect card. The situation was poorly handled especially for a Hilton property. Disappointed in that regard.
I like the security of the hotel. I also like the consideration of the staff putting me in a room far from the families with their children having a fun time over the weekend. My room was very comfortable and I was able to relax.

I didn't like the lower level view I would have liked to be on a higher floor. All in all it was an ok view. Along with the price of breakfast I think there should be package deals for families or young children even.
The cleaning service "housekeeping" was externally nice. They made sure our room was clean each day and they were very responsive when we needed anything.

Overall cleanliness was ok but there were very dirty baseboards in the bathroom. The lobby and room decor could use updating but it’s ok. We asked for a bar of hand soap to supplement the liquid shower soap in the bathroom.
Well designed with good materials, nice furniture in the room but some of the tables in the bar were sticky and attracted crumbs. They need to be refinished. The room was comfortable. Good heat/air system. Good lamps. There was a sink in the bathroom and also outside the bathroom. That was nice. Safety feature of needing to tap the elevator floor with key to progress up was nice once we figured it out. Staff was very nice.

The original price I saw on booking.com was $160/per room however we were charged $194/room. there was so much confusion on how many rooms we booked and all that. very inconvenient for my family.

The bathroom in my room the toilet was not clean on either side by the floor and the bathtub I had to clean as well. Who ever is doing housekeeping on the third floor could use some additional training💙💙
The employees at the Gront Desk, Dinner Area and Bar gave great customer service💙💙
