We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe pool was small for the size of the hotel,too crowded. The waiter with glasses during breakfast was very unprofessional,no hi no buy,only asking to leave tips in the end! Definitely very irritating. Tesla chargers could be more.
The staff was helpful,the room was good size! 5mins from the main street. Very helpful gentleman by the pool to prepare the day beds! Tesla chargers.

United States of AmericaWet carpet in the closet; possibly from upstairs shower - engineer came to check it out - offered for house keeping to vacuum up any excess water. Heater in my room did not work (nice maintenance man, Alfonzo, came to try to fix it and said he would request another room for me) - they ended up moving me to another room BUT no one from management came to me personally to sort things out or try to compensate me for these two issues (water & heater). It wasn’t until I approached the assistant manager and had to request some sort of “compensation” and she did end up giving a complimentary breakfast & money off some parking fee. It would have been much better for Hilton’s Palm Springs MANAGER to have addressed the situations with me personally; especially since I had two “mishaps” occur during my short stay. Your house keeping staff is amazing! Your maintenance crew is amazing! But shame on the MANAGER though (whoever he or she was during my stay)!!
The house keeping staff did a GREAT job on my room - room, linens & towels very clean and looked nice. The staff took care of two unrelated issues that came up during my short stay.

Excellent location. We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and was so appreciative that they were able to check us in early. Great location, minutes walk to everything in Downtown “strip” that we didn’t need to drive. Room is big enough and was clean. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely book again here considering the location and overall experience.

Checking in they could also talk a bit slower in explaining the hotel policy etc. Not tell their welcoming speech at such a fast rate even though they have recited this a hundred times to other guests. . For us this was a first at an expensive Hilton.
