Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI thought I purchased a room with a balcony but instead we got a sliding door with enough space to stand on, not a true balcony. Bummed

United States of AmericaIt's a little on the pricey side and I thought my Hilton Rewards would help knock down the cost.
The breakfast buffet was superb! My wife, sister, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were all exhausted when we got there and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There's a gym and pool too. The location, with easy access to Chandler, Mesa, and Queens Creek, was just great. The staff worked hard to solve our issues. My sister needed a room next to ours that could accommodate her dog and they figured it all out. We needed a wakeup call for a very early morning departure and they nailed it.

United States of AmericaOur handicap accessible bathroom (which we didn't need, that's a whole other story) shower flooded the entire bathroom every day until we designed a "towel dam". Known issue by hotel (they understand that it is the design of the room itself). For this reason, the room should be deeply discounted. Note: We're not handicapped and used the shower normally without the aid of the chair. Housekeeping only once a week on the day of our choice, which was offset by towel delivery, etc. This is unacceptable for the price that is being charged by this hotel and should be disclosed at booking. Some of the front desk girls could care less about taking care of guest needs (they are busy on their phones) and truly do not care while others are extremely polite and helpful. We chose this hotel over the other nearby ones because of the services offered. Booking.com should remove the services that aren't being performed or at least put wording that indicates such (disclosure is everything). Pool bar is non existent (not open) and pictures should be removed from website unless it is open to guests. Rooms need to be vacuumed along the edges, there's a lot of dust there. Lack of staffing was the reason for nearly every issue we encountered.
The location was nice and convenient, we felt safe at this hotel. Pool was nice but could use some deep cleaning of the pool itself and the blue cushions on the lounge chairs. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly (Carl W. and the dark haired girl in the restaurant were exceptional!!). We stayed here for a week and experienced some great things and some not so great things during our stay (mostly due to lack of staffing). There are very few employees that run this place and they should be commended on the job they do.

United States of AmericaOnly 1 elevator worked so it took a while to get everyone to their rooms at times, the shower didn't work great, the jacuzzi was way over chlorinated the first night, jacuzzi bench is pretty rough so it snags on your swimsuit and hurts your feet
Room was clean, bed was pretty comfy, manager was super nice when we had an issue with jacuzzi, location was great

United States of AmericaVery dusty all room. I forgot to take pictures of the baseboards, bathroom counter. Dressers, wine and ice base. No microwave I had to go down stairs to the lobby to heat up my dinner, it was very inconvenient. Specially because I was trying to surprise my husband having his dinner hot and ready for his birthday . Bathroom Shower head was rusty, and had mold. Corner baseboard was rusty too. Buffet, was good but not what I expected. They need more variety of food special for the price they charged. Very simple.
Location and friendly staff very attentive. Comfy bed. Clean sheets. I like how the mini fridge was hidden from view inside drawers. I like my pool view and mountains. Quiet place. I enjoyed ourselves.

United States of AmericaSince there is currently no daily housekeeping, I feel the room rate should be reduced. Also, the pool, although the water felt really nice on a hot day, could have used a cleaning. Leaves and small bugs floating. Not enough to keep me out of the water though. Last, 24 hour free coffee would be nice as well…
The hotel overall was very nice. Nicely decorated. Staff was wonderful and kind! Room was a nice size and clean. Good breakfast every morning!!
