You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Loved how close to the venue it is, not far to walk so didn’t have to worry about an Uber or Taxi. Very quiet inside, heard no outside noise aside from sirens, only twice.

United States of AmericaThe room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. With the already very expensive price tag that would’ve been nice so that we could’ve brought our own drinks and snacks! Our view was looking directly into other people’s rooms so having the curtains open wasn’t really an option for privacy reasons.
Location was great and convenient for attending events at T-Mobile center.

United States of AmericaDidn’t stay long anything to walk around the hotel and pricing was a little high .Also need someone in the parking garage to help people park had to squeeze between to vehicles that where both over the yellow lines so there where 3 spots to chose this was the only one I could squeeze in.

United States of AmericaNo mini fridge or microwave in the room. We were expecting at least a mini fridge and this meant readjusting so we could use ice for our milk and other drinks we brought. While the breakfast buffet cost $15 per person, some of the breakfast items were the same quality as a lot of hotel's free continental breakfasts. A couple of items went well above that.
Being so close to main attractions, safe environment, very nice rooms, comfortable beds, attentive and friendly staff. Restaurants on site are open during usual meal times. Late night bar for those who want a nightcap. Indoor parking garage available.

United States of AmericaThere is no way to register your vehicle through guest parking online, even if the room is purchased online. Furthermore, there is nowhere to park prior to checking in. Guests have to circle the block multiple times to compete with extremely limited street parking. When attempting to park & find my way into the building, one outside staff member was very unhelpful. The man was sweeping & just kept repeating where I couldn't park, but couldn't seem to give basic information when asked where I could park or where the building entrance was. Once inside the lobby, the scent/odor (meant to be pleasant) was overwhelmingly noxious! I do NOT have asthma, but experienced bronchial spasms & felt like my airway was chemically irritated by the overpowering concentration of fragrance in the air. I was concerned the room would be the same & did develop a mild headache. Thankfully, the room air smelt fine. There are no room refrigerators or food vending machines on each floor, only one small food display @ lobby check/in desk/shop. Room clock & one lamp didn't work. For the price of the room, guests should not have to pay $10/night for WiFi. This is typically a free amenity at most nice hotels/resorts. In addition, the bandwidth & strength of the network service offered was very weak. Some of the room/facility policies I read online, ie. the cancelation policy, seem unethical & very business/profit centered. Overall the experience of my stay felt impersonal. The only welcoming part was while communicating with the lady who proceeded my check- out!
The facility is in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to food & entertainment. The room did not have the same fragrance in the lobby, which would have been a deal breaker! The furniture & bed were comfortable. The ladies at the desk during check-in/check were both super thorough, fast/efficient & nice, despite the long lines.
