We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaIt was about a 20 minute drive to the Santa Cruz boardwalk which is where we spent most of our time.
The facilities are beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful and there is dinner and breakfast available. We were able to use the pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable, everything was great.

United States of AmericaI asked for a Mountain View room and was told by reception that 4th floor was a Mountain View room. it wasn’t!! my view was other peoples room. :-( i paid extra for a room with the balcony and was disappointed. air condition didn’t work the first night. had to open the door to be able to sleep. they did fix it the next day tho.
it was located in a quiet neighborhood. In the bathroom instead of having small bottles of shampoo conditioner and bath gel, they had big bottles which I absolutely loved. pool and hot tub area was nice!

United States of AmericaUpon arrival 4:00 P.M until 9:45 P.M we attempted to use hot tub the same people were in it the entire time and was no room for anyone else I called the desk and was told that there wasn't anything they could do they were paying guests I then asked what am I then? I was upset as this was a 4eason I booked this place for the hot tub. It might be a idea to let others either maybe reserve time or give a time limit so others could enjoy it also. They were young crowd drinking splashing around and loud.
It was beautiful very clean I spent my birthday there and they gave me a 50.00 credit for the restraunts bar. My friends let the waiter know and they brought out a slice of strawberry cheesecake and sang happy birthday. The waiter was exceptional. Very nice and took care of us making sure our meal was wonderful and our needs were met.

The location of great. Close the the freeway going north or south so easy to get around. Coffee shop right across the street and grocery and food very close to the hotel. The grounds were nice. Pool is smaller than it looks online. Staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThe water pressure was low which made it hard to shower properly, I also thought the furniture was quite dirty and needed a good scrub. I think there should be more doggie areas, with faux grass for dogs that only know how to do their business in grass. I also think the smoking area(s) need to be equipped with chairs. Just because we smoke, doesn't mean we shouldn't get the same treatment as any other guest staying here.
Very spacious and liked that I had two bathrooms. Also enjoyed the balcony and the extra pillows that were provided. Also, liked that the TV's were big and there was two of them. I liked that there was a restaurant and bar available on site.
