To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Canada3 issues: 1. Garden maintenance staff running gas-powered blowers and mowers. The noise is ridiculous. Try some battery-powered blowers and mowers? 2. Not very ‘resort-like’. For example, would have been nice to have some service around the pool. 3. There’s a problem at the Starbucks. The morning barista is substituting beverages using a ruse that the espresso machine isn’t working. She then goes in the back room and uses brewed coffee as a substitute for espresso. She’s cheating your guests. I know this -I owned a coffee chain so I know the tricks.
Great location. Nicely groomed gardens. Front desk staff were very nice and professional.

United States of AmericaThe beds were very uncomfortable and small. They felt cheap. We tried to get at least a queen size bed but there were only full size beds in the rooms. The room is plenty big enough and I think they should upgrade those rooms to feature queen beds.
Location was nice. Close to things like spring training games and Old Town but not in the middle of the noise. It is a very relaxing property with a nice bar near the pool. Quiet and accessible.

No one greeted me when I first entered the property or any time I left or came back to the property over 5 days. On the day of checkout, the front desk dis say Good Morning. It felt a little odd... Housekeeping was OK...every day they seemed to have forgotten something...coffee stirrers, replace glass, replace coffee cup, replace a handtowel. They did not have a keen attention to detail.
Beautifully decorated -- very cozy lobby with fireplace. The gal at Starbucks was the best -- friendly, efficient, awesome people skills -- she made me want to come back every morning!

Traveling alone, I reserved a room in the hotel, but when I got there, they said they were going to upgrade me. So, they put me in an oversized villa at the end of the world, all alone, bleak, and boring. I said it wasn't what I ordered - bigger, but not right. So, they put me in the worst room in the hotel - a senior room at the end, nectd to the parking lot. Not a good move, even for Hilton

Lobby area was really nice. The outdoor bar was great. We had a lower level room that was close to the pool which was also awesome. Location was good too, lots of close by restaurants. Room was quiet and clean.

Beautiful property, nice pool and bar area. This place had one of the best breakfast I have been in US, usually most of the places offering fake junk food and plastic cup’s. I would love to have great breakfast everywhere I go . I’m form Europe and I use to the good quality breakfast especially for 4+* hotels and resorts. I don’t care if it’s more expensive because it is important! the rooms and villas are spacious, but a little bit outdated.
