Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the room smelled like mildew and their shower was not clean. I was really expecting more amenities and luxury for the Hilton itself.
I like that the Property offered accommodations for breakfast. It was also located near the railroad tracks… so viewing the Empress Steam Train was made easier.

United States of AmericaWifi is not free. Bathtub drain was clogged. Bathroom was worn and needs refreshing. Not much nearby in neighborhood as far as eating. Breakfast options uninspiring. The business work room is restricted to guests who belong to the membership club.
Great gym! With towels and bottled water, and terrific equipment, including Peleton bikes. Open 24/7. Room was spacious. Parking free. Convenient to highways. Quiet.

United States of AmericaOur check-in was at 3 or 4, we arrived at 6, but our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 mins. Wasn’t bad, but would have been if we made it at check-in time.
Great area. The bar was nice, food and drinks were good.

United States of AmericaI valeted my car. When I need to leave they had no valet attendant (he was handling an emergency and would not be back for 45 min. “I was welcome to go get my car myself”. I told the staff that if a hotel provides valet - some people need it as they can’t gracefully drag their luggage to a parking garage down the street. The is a large, well staffed hotel. To have one person only that can retrieve cars is just poor operational management. Guest experience should be seamless. We are no longer in COVID days where nice hotels can apologize for crappy experience because there is only one person to get the car. This hotel needs to upgrade their operational management. I had a decent experience in the bar / dining room. But many around me never got their food or drink. .
Clean, comfortable room. Had a bar and restaurant.

United States of Americathe staff were not friendly at all. I had an encounter with the housekeeper who stated she was the supervisor. I pulled back the covers on my bed to make sure I didn’t see traces of bedbugs and underneath the fitted sheet were crumbs and hair. I called the main desk to get this taken care of. someone was sent immediately. once the maid arrived I explained to her what I needed. I also asked for new linen but she RUDELY STATED “I cleaned this room myself. this is clean linen.” um, obviously you didn’t do a good job of cleaning because there’s crumbs and hair in my bed!! she continued to have a bad attitude but did was she was paid to do. I didn’t pay hilton hotel over 300 for 1 night to receive back talk and irritability from a maid. get this fixed immediately
the property was definitely up to my standards. beautiful, peaceful and clean for the most part

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived, we were put into a handicap king room. It smelt terrible and the bath tub was dirty and rusted. We then called the front desk and the sweet lady was very polite and told us she would change it. We went back down and was told there were no more king rooms. We decided we would take. Double queen. When we arrived at the room, there was a towel outside the door. That was concerning, and we thought someone was in the room. We knocked then entered. No one was there but there was a towel missing (the one at the door) and WATER IN THE BATHTUB. Someone had clearly bathed in our room and it was not cleaned up afterward. The room felt so dirty. Our air conditioner was terrible. We was hot all night no matter what temperature we put it on. The view was terrible. It was buildings. That was all. We also slept terrible, not only because of the air conditioner, but the noise outside of the room. We heard doors slamming all night. It was a terrible experience. It was our anniversary as well, so we splurged and decided to get a “nice” hotel. We were truly disappointed and felt like we wasted our money. Will never stay here again! EVER!

United States of America1. I rented a “handicap accessible Queen suite” for my kids and I. My son needs to be able to sit down to shower. First they had no handicap accessible when I checked in, then I found out they aren’t true suites. They are “larger” rooms but do not contain a couch or microwave and only have a small mini fridge with no thermostat to keep things properly cold. 2. They were understaffed for a graduation weekend. We were there for LSU medical school’s graduation and apparently a bunch of high schools were also using the convention center for graduation. It made traffic horrible and the hotel seemed unable to keep up with all of the demand of having so many people at the property. 3. You can pay $12/ day to park in the garage or $20/ day to valet. There were 2 workers for a full hotel to manage the valet parking and runs to the airport. 4. The restaurant ran out of a lot of things on a Thursday night. Again - not prepared for the influx of guests. 5. The pool is quite small for the size of the hotel. We travel a lot and I am not a complainer, but for the price and this being a “Hilton,” I was quite disappointed. We wouldn’t stay there again except maybe for the convenience of being right next to the convention center.
Next to convention center.
