The pool area. The chlorine was SO intense. The water was cloudy and my eyes burned the minute I walked in. We all still enjoyed ourselves for awhile. But it was a bummer to be like that. It also may have just been the day we were there. Either way, it would most definitely not be enough for us to not go back!

Breakfast is something we lobe in a stay!!! The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic! The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. I missed happy hour, but it looked like it would have been great. I love the layout, you can see everything from the elevator and the balcony of your floor. Our room was huge! The bathroom seemed to be a room of it's own, then we had two actual rooms. I really enjoyed our stay, and I woukd prefer Embassy suites every time we travel if nearby. We went to Legoland and sea life aquarium, I woukd have liked the hotel to be closer to those, but the drive wasn't terrible. Worth it for that hotel though.

Cleaning staff left their supplies in my room and did not come back for them and also seemed slow to clean up room-service plates and dishes left outside the doors on my hallway. It would have been nice if Waffles were available for breakfast the weekends :(

Room was certainly big enough, with appliances all in working order. Fitness center equipment functional and well-maintained. Front desk was great with pointing out where to buy groceries and other things. the cleaning staff left their supplies in my room and did not come back for them and seemed slow to clean up room-service plates and dishes left out the doors on my hallway.

Too many kids. There was a sporting event for Youth and the hotel had so many kids everywhere. I don’t mind when it’s a kids trip. Could have managed line better for breakfast. Direct people to the different food stations.

Suite rooms with privacy door, breakfast especially Omelette to order always My favorite and didn’t disappoint. Size of hotel and openness of layout.

I asked for towels- It took an hour to get fresh towels. There was no room service even when requested. The rooms aren’t very updated.

There wasn’t any trash bins in the room except the bathroom. The fridge really could not hold any size food container. The pull out sofa beds weren’t that great. There weren’t any sheets on them and there were no extra in the bag with the blanket and pillow.

It was very conveniently located, and the bar staff was great.

Paid through Booking.com. Then I was billed again through the hotel. The GM emailed me that the charged was being reversed. It was cancelled for the original billing date but then billed again on the 19th. So as of today I have paid twice for this room. Booking.com $145.53 and Embassy Suites 179.67. Also, our room only had one bath towel and one wash cloth for 2 people registered.

Stains and tears on the mattress of the sofa bed, the couch itself was so stiff and in need of a cleaning, stains on the floors and curtains. No coffee cups in our room. Two towels for four guests. Toilet paper rolls looked 2/3 gone. Carpets need a deep clean. On the floor in the corners look like they need some serious attention as well. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. And as soon as you opened the door to the pool area, you were smacked in the face by the smell of chlorine.

The breakfast was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Water pressure is amazing!

Ran out of juice the last day. Had to ask for towels for the pool area. But that was just small things. Didn’t affect our trip negatively. It was a very nice hotel

The flow in the breakfast area was poor at best. Only one door being used as entrance and exit with people doubling up in line. It made it difficult to make a plate. People jumping in line in front. Very disorganized.

Pulling up to check in and the police were there. For a room with 5 people we only had two towels. We called and requested more towels and another sheet for the pull out which they were never delivered and front desk didn’t always answer their phone. We tried to go to the pool but it was way over crowded, the pool was freezing and it was absolute chaos.

Our sleeper sofa was broken, leaving two of our kids to sleep on the floor (which is disgusting). There was no solution provided and no compensation because we booked through a third party. The front desk staff could care less and while seeking a solution at the front desk the staff was arguing with another guest. The hotel was overbooked and the staff was overwhelmed. Aside from front desk staff, the other employees were friendly and trying their best to keep us with the overwhelming amount of people at breakfast and at the pool.

Outdated hotel, tv was outdated. The picture was very fuzzy, the room smelled musty, and there was no ventilation, not even an exhaust in the bathroom. The elevators were also making a weird sound, like they needed to be serviced.
