Bed was hard as the floor & two pillows that had no support equaled no sleep ;( + there was 2 pup hairs in bathroom ( didn't see till am ) All the soap & shampoo was empty The slide part of the pool was closed.

The bed was very uncomfortable. One side squeaked when I moved, the other side felt as lumpy as the side that squeaked. I found a decent spot in the middle.

The staff was great. The breakfast was really good.

The pool was advertised as heated but it wasn’t & only half of the pool was only available. Tried to get a late checkout & possibly stay an extra day because of the late flight, the latest checkout was only a hour after the original checkout time & the room wasn’t available for a later stay.

I liked the hospitality they held our bags because we had a late flight they were very nice the room was cleaned and comfortable room service responded when called. The balcony view was nice with the jacuzzi spacious

Big complaint is slats on sliding door shutters don’t open rendering much less light in room! Big issue since daylight is essential for me! No option for later than 11am checkout. Normal checkout 10am.

Very comfortable space stocked with everything we needed for our stay. 2 bathrooms!! Very convenient to grocery and airport. Returned for 1 night prior to our flight. Spent 3 days earlier for family reunion.

Can't complain! Food was decent. Not amazing but filled out hungry tummies. Kitchenette in room was outdated but still worked fine. Only thing we didn't like was the table pool was unavailable to play.

The pool is awesome. Staff were very nice and helpful. Clean property, organized, secure. Overall it was a great stay and would return for sure!

I didn’t like that there was only one pool opened and it was the smaller one. It just got so crowded. It made me reconsider if I would want to stay again. Bar closing at 8 is also a disappointment.

Loved the location as it was a short distance from the strip but allowed for a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.

We ate at the restaurant for lunch. Food was okay, overpriced, and didn't eat there again. We ended up door-dashing lunch the rest of the days and hitting the strip for dinner.

Room was really nice and comfortable, with plenty of room for myself and 2 children. The first night the AC wasn't working and maintenance came quickly and fixed the problem immediately. The kitchen was updated, the room was clean, staff was friendly. Kids loved the pool! One section was not open in the 4 days we were there, but pool is big enough it didn't bother our stay. Hot tubs were nice & hot! Beautiful views. Pool hours when we were there on the weekend 9a-9p with slides opening around noon. We really enjoyed our stay. Off strip. 10-15 min Uber costing $20 each way. I had been reading mixed reviews, but it was perfect for our family. Nobody calling or hounding me about timeshare.

Staff weren't happy to be working. Room couldve been a little cleaner. Hotel is very dated. One of the showers the water escapes as there is no berm or container. Also that same shower the shower head is too low.
