Parking can be an issue if the place gets overly packed!

Everything! It’s my go to place and my highly recommendation when visiting South Lake Tahoe.

There wasn’t breakfast on site. Having that as an option is normally a make or break for me when I travel. If that was added as an option I think it would have made my stay better. I also wish house keeping came and replenished our coffee in the room.

Staff was very friendly and pretty on the spot. The valets were phonomenal!

Room was abit squeezy for 4 pax. The paid parking and off site parking… pool area was also usually abit crowded at peak timings

Charging for parking, seems ludicrous to charge for parking when I’m pretty sure everyone staying there has a vehicle. It’s more of a money grab. And of course they may say that stops others from parking there that aren’t staying, but then getting your license number should suffice when you check in.

The parking. Small capacity in the building and 2 or 3 blocks to park in the other area. I Really think is not fear to pay extra fees for parking. I payed for valet parking and always I had to go my self for my car! They refunded me the difference for this service. By the way they can ask for good tips instead.

The parking is terrible. The overflow parking is across the street, that's a huge inconvenience.

the parking situation was not my favorite. on top of paying extra for parking we where not grantee a parking near the hotel. the next location was a bit far and we where not offered a shuttle to return to the hotel. there for we had to compromise on how late we would be out in order to get parking near by.

I did like that there was a lot for the kids to do and it felt safe to let my kids around the facility on there own.

Evacuated at 10pm in the cold carrying a sleeping child lol. These things happen and the property was being safe. However, in consideration of staying outside in the freezing cold, the property should have allowed guests who would checkout the bext day to chech out late, or had offered something complimentary for the ocurran e the day before.

The price I paid, I thought I had paid for a deluxe suite and it was a studio suite which I found to be smaller than regular rooms

Limited selection of pillows. All synthetic foam. It was hard to get a good rest.

Location is great. Kitchenette is super convenient. DVD service of the latest movies is nice.

Payment on arrival blocked our credit card. Known problem accoding to front desk. Fire alarm sounded early morning and had to vacate hotel (probably caused by renovations though, no fire). Onsite parking is often filled by 5pm so have to park across main road and walk back to hotel.

The room was spacious for a family of 4. Nice to have a kitchenette but didn't use it. Room could do with a refresh. Located near the lake and had close dining options.

There’s not much I didn’t like. It suited me and my family perfectly.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The property was clean and location was perfect. Definitely worth my money. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and cookware.

The fire pits were covered so doing s’mores was impossible. The pool area did not have enough seating. The room door stuck and was hard to open.

The parking situation was frustrating as the lot on property was full every night upon our return. There were renovations going on, so hallway floors were lined with protective covering which made things feel like you were in a construction area.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many restaurants and the water. The happy hour prices were fair. The room size and amenities were great.

Self parking very limited. Lot at hotel full much of the time necessitating use of valet. It would have been nice to have breakfast included but coffee available in the lobby.

Great location in South Tahoe with beach access.
