There was nothing that I didn’t like everything fit to my standards and will be returning in the near future for sure for vacations and getaways!!!

I liked that the hotel had a variety of things we could do such as the pools, daily activities,game room and poolside tiki bar. I also liked the location of the hotel wasn’t to far from anything didn’t have to drive to many places everything was within walking distance.

The housekeeping kept forgetting items we requested and was slow. But there was a major event happening, so we understand. The room had a shared bathroom but did have a standing shower and then a separate tub. One toilet, though.for the price, we should have had two baths. We made it work. The heating system is loud. That's not good at night when trying to sleep. The beds aren't as comfortable as the ones at home, that's for sure! Wish the outdoor pools were warmer in the colder months that they opened. & the indoor kids pool isn't hot enough. We visited in April, so the weather was still 50's & sunny.

We loved our Queen Plus Suite. Clean, great view on 14th floor. The location is perfect on the boardwalk. The Tiki bar was open & drinks were made perfect! The heating lamps were nice touch. The pools were clean, and the early part of the day, the adult pool wasn't crowded, so that is a plus. The jacuzzi is HOT! nice. The indoor pool was a little cooler than expected for 84 degrees. But it does warm up once you're in.The lobby wasn't overcrowded. The discounts come in handy.The staff is so friendly & welcoming.

I don't like that the parking deck is across the street. It's a little inconvenient .

I have stayed here previously and I like the location because it's right on the beach. Close to a variety of restaurants.

No Valet parking.

Cleanest and set up of the rooms. The oceanfront views were fantastic! Staff were helpful and friendly. They did not bother us with housekeeping coming in; Only when we notified them of a request did they enter.

Disappointed to learn that the 10th floor roof top area is for owners only. I feel for the price paid per night, this area was an excellent amenity for all to utilize.

My husband and I are here 4 times a year and as always everything and everyone was exceptional! Certainly our home away from home!

There isn't anything bad.

We liked the fact that we were given a number to text if we needed anything at all instead of calling a number which can be annoying at times. They responded very quickly to the text messages in a respectful manner. The staff were respectful to my child ( 14 years old). They pointed out the amenities that he was able to use and not able to use which was great, it took the guess work out for me and saved us from a meltdown. They were also very nice, and kept the hotel clean and rooms stocked.

The bathtub jets were absolutely disgusting and our bedroom tv didn’t work.

There was dust on the light fixtures. The parking garage is not very convenient. You park about a block and a half from the vacation club and the. Have to lug your suitcase across traffic. Not ideal

The view from the 18 th floor was amazing. The vacation club was empty for the most part so it was quiet. I enjoyed all the details. The room smelled brand new.

No coffee in lobby for guests. Also we did not have a remote to our TV. We called the front desk and they said they would send one up. We waited an hour then called again. No one ever brought it or called to say anything so we were not able to watch the TV during our stay. We just went to sleep since it was just an overnight stay.

Location was great and the property is well maintained. Beautiful pool area.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel did not offer breakfast, unless it was something I missed and wasn’t aware.

I was not too fond of the checkout time was too early, (10 am). There was also only one working elevator so it took 45 minutes just for me to get downstairs to check out.

The suite was spacious. the view from the living room and balcony was amazing. You could see the ocean including the dolphins feeding in the morning.

Overpriced. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Checkout time at 10 am. No ice bucket in the room. No premium TV channels. TV connected to antenna..picture quality was horrible.

I couldn't stay longer!

Was within walking distance of everything I needed. Perfect time of year, not busy at all. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxing time away! Staff is very friendly and helpful, they deserve alot of credit!

I booked the partial Ocean view and there was no view at all. Usually when I booked partial I can actually see the ocean but I couldn't at this hotel. I was on the 13th floor and you had to be hanging off the balcony just to see a piece of the ocean. I would suggest just getting a ocean view if you expect to see the ocean.

I love how the room was like an apartment. It was nice and clean and right on the beach. Even though I didn't bring my kids this time It had a nice big playground that was located right on the beach in the back of the hotel by the boardwalk. Everything is in walking distance with lots of restaurants, Ice cream shops and pizza spots to eat. We will definitely be back next summer with the kids!
