Loved the tranquility pool - quiet and relaxing. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel like VIP's. Our studio room was just the right size with a great view!

The bed was pretty worn in my room and honestly needs replaced. It had a pretty noticeable dent in the middle of the mattress. The gym was great but was actually missing a few accessories that hook to the cables on the machines.

I loved the size of the bathroom (walk in shower and the soaker bathtub). The kitchenette was a nice addition to my room also. The pools were nice as well as the gym. The location was close to the hiking we did and was also close to the restaurants my family and l ate at.

I found the staff at check in and check out to he a bit snooty. They even tried to accuse my husband of staying two nights when we only stayed one night . When we produced our parking pass showing one nights stay, he finally believed us. Quite disturbing actually.

    Very beautiful

There were no restaurants within walking distance. A cutting board in the kitchen would be nice.

The space and layout were great. The washer and dryer were an added benefit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools (except a cutting board). It was quiet. Nice views.

I fell pretty hard the night we arrived, I didn’t see the step. ironically enough I noticed the next day they were re-painting the steps. more lighting at steps would be helpful. my family thought the property would be perfect if there was an eatery and bar on the property. I rated the cleanliness average because there was a toe or fingernail in the bathtub and a bottle cap under a chair but overall it was very clean and I appreciate the hard work that goes into cleaning the rooms.

loved the layout of the condo plenty of parking quiet privacy condo had everything we needed

    A pleasant stay in Sedona

    • Couple
    • One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed

Minor maintenance needs attention: bathroom sink leaked, kitchen cabinets did not close fully, balcony doors were difficult to open/close. The main hazard was a large metal bed support stuck out several inches resulting in several painful bruises. The young female receptionist at the checkout was very impersonal, uninterested and it looked like she did not like working there.

Our 1-bedroom studio was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished with a large balcony. The check-in staff in the evening was friendly and polite.

I was told that Hilton acquired this property only three years ago, but it really is in need of an update. The bathroom fixtures, countertops and shower walls seam to be straight out of the 80s. I think the only things that have been updated in the unit are the granite countertops in the kitchen and carpeting. Also, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor, and every time you got up from sitting on it, it moved backwards and made a loud noise. We told the management about it and they said they would send someone to fix it, but they never did.

Since that Sedona has gotten so commercial and overcrowded during the high season, the location of the property, about 3 miles from the center of town was a plus. I thought the price was a great value, considering that for the same price as a 300 square-foot hotel room, we had an entire 800 square-foot villa. The red rock view from the back balcony was wonderful!

The suites are dark given the light and beautify that surrounds the resort site. The is really not the hotel's fault but we had a very inconsiderate guest below us who woke up every morning at 5:30 and talked loudly on the phone and coughed...very obnoxious. that is the downfall of being too close to other people.

The resort itself is very well kept and for the most part so quiet. Every morning you can just hear bird singing which is so delightful. The pools are very nice and well kept. The location is wonderful just two minutes walk from a wonderful park and hiking trail. The resort is about 10-15 minutes car ride away from all the major sites. Overall we were very happy with our choice of staying with the Hilton.

The concierge insists a lot to invite you to attend 90 minutes presentation for the Hilton Club Vacation.

We had a one bedroom King suite with sofa bed, it was fantastic! Was clean and spacious, included washer and dryer which was useful. There was also BBQ for our use. The Booking.com 'secret deal' offer was the BEST ever!
