You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThey put us in a room that had no heat and were without heat overnight. I’m here for a cheer comp and a friend was in that room prior and also had to be moved. There was an heat issue on the 3rd floor. Also we chose this hotel for the indoor pool which was CLOSED! They did switch the room the next afternoon.

United States of AmericaMain complaint is the ac/heat wouldn’t change off of 74. No matter if you put it to 63 or 80, it would just stay at 74. As well as some kind of bugs came out of the sink and went behind the mirror in the bathroom.
The property was in a good location. Just 20 minutes away from DC. You could take two routes across the river and it was clean and quiet for the absolute most part. The biggest thing is we felt safe. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and a few have not been that way.

Hotel charged even for parking. - Carpet might need a replacement. - Room was freezing cold all night. - The website stated breakfast was included. After reserving the room, I called to verify it and I made sure to ask about breakfast. I understood that a receptionist stated that I just needed to ask for it at check-in and pay an additional $6.95 per person for Breakfast a-la-carte. At arrival, the front desk stated that it was a misunderstanding as breakfast was additional, but a ver professional and courteous young man gave us two coupons. - Service during breakfast was very slow. - Food was average. Understandable because it was only one waiter on an extremely busy morning such as the first day of the year. These could off have been improved by better management. Overall it was a decent stay.

the hotel is located within 5-10 minutes of the closest metro rails and bus stop that can take you into Washington D.C. or Maryland, direct access by rails to the two closest airports.

United States of AmericaRoom cleaning was intermittent. We tried to leave a couple of days early because of forecasted tropical storm but between IH and booking.com we only got a runaround. Both said ask the other and we got no answer.
The breakfast was fantastic. Azir was the best ever, friendy and efficient. It was close to the metro.
