You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Limited choice for breakfast. No buffet. Hotel interior looked a bit worn.

We could hear everything that happened in the hall and it sounded as if people were slamming doors all night

The room needed updating. Water damage in bathroom on mirror and it was very noisy with the interstate right next door.

Many fixtures (faucets, towel bars) loose. Had to ask for a fourth bath towel every day, since they would only leave 3 for the 4 of us.
Proximity to Metro. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

They put us in a room that had no heat and were without heat overnight. I’m here for a cheer comp and a friend was in that room prior and also had to be moved. There was an heat issue on the 3rd floor. Also we chose this hotel for the indoor pool which was CLOSED! They did switch the room the next afternoon.

The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the Metro and 3 minutes from the National Science Foundation. It's perfect for people who need to spend a few days at NSF.

I was not pleased that the hotel charges 15 dollars for guests to park and 3 dollars for a bottle of water.

Main complaint is the ac/heat wouldn’t change off of 74. No matter if you put it to 63 or 80, it would just stay at 74. As well as some kind of bugs came out of the sink and went behind the mirror in the bathroom.
The property was in a good location. Just 20 minutes away from DC. You could take two routes across the river and it was clean and quiet for the absolute most part. The biggest thing is we felt safe. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and a few have not been that way.

Location. 5 minutes walking to 🚇 Metrorail. Take the Mt. Vernon side to DCA National airport. 15 to 20 minutes. Bed is super cómodo and shower pressure is 9 out of 10.

A few problems: - I did not see a lot of handicap spaces to park. Hotel charged even for parking. - Carpet might need a replacement. - Room was freezing cold all night. - The website stated breakfast was included. After reserving the room, I called to verify it and I made sure to ask about breakfast. I understood that a receptionist stated that I just needed to ask for it at check-in and pay an additional $6.95 per person for Breakfast a-la-carte. At arrival, the front desk stated that it was a misunderstanding as breakfast was additional, but a ver professional and courteous young man gave us two coupons. - Service during breakfast was very slow. - Food was average. Understandable because it was only one waiter on an extremely busy morning such as the first day of the year. These could off have been improved by better management. Overall it was a decent stay.

Only downside was they ran out of bottles of water. The breakfast is pricey but delicious.
The breakfast was delicious. Train station within walking distance. Drug store was also for snacks. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful when we asked about the location of the train station.

The toilet in the room did not automatically shut off when the tank refilled with water. Had to call down twice for toilet paper and hand soap that was remove when the room was cleaned and not replaced.
the hotel is located within 5-10 minutes of the closest metro rails and bus stop that can take you into Washington D.C. or Maryland, direct access by rails to the two closest airports.

No free breakfast. Parking used to be free, now there is a $15 per night fee. Needs a little updating, but still clean and comfortable.

The WiFi was hit and miss. There is an overnight parking fee, $14 per night that took me by surprise. But not a deal breaker. The facility itself is a little dated.
Great location. Front desk friendly and helpful. In house restaurant was good, fantastic service, especially host/server Aziz. Room was clean. Pet friendly with a per night fee

Room cleaning was intermittent. We tried to leave a couple of days early because of forecasted tropical storm but between IH and booking.com we only got a runaround. Both said ask the other and we got no answer.
The breakfast was fantastic. Azir was the best ever, friendy and efficient. It was close to the metro.
