The hotel breakfast was unfortunately very poor.

We went to Williamsburg for a family trip with a baby. We got two of the king suite rooms, which were a great choice because it meant we had sitting areas to relax and play games as a family. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was convenient for getting to the sights around Williamsburg.

The heat was not working in the original room I checked in to. I informed the front desk staff and they immediately started working on it. I didn't want to move to a new room but they had to repair the unit due to an electrical issue. I did get moved across the hall and got an upgrade at no extra cost to me

I love the staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby was clean and well lit. My room was clean and in order. The bathroom was neat and clean, as well as lit nicely. There were no foul odors.

The website seemed to day breakfast was included but when i arrived it was not. I should've taken a screenshot. Maybe I was wrong but I try to make it a point to book hotels with free breakfast. Feeding 5 people it saves a lot.

Pool was cold and took forever to check in. Poor girl did great but no one there to help her. Had easily 20 check ins and not just walk ups. So knew it was coming. Manager needs to staff appropriately when you know you have a high volume count

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was awful. The selection was poor. The lids were off allowing flies to reach the food. The utensil handles would fall into the food. The restaurant hours did not meet our needs. The only drinking water available had to be purchased in the lobby at $2.00 for a small bottle.

Had to wait until check in time, no early check in available. We booked a suite for large family with 3 adults and 4 kids, for the breakfast available, I do not think I should have paid out of pocket for breakfast.

Great location to access Busch Gardens park.

I could have sworn the booking included breakfast, but that was not the case. Their “new computer system” kept failing at check in time, and we had to get new keys several times over our 3 night stay.

Reception on arrival could have been better. They didn't greet us. Left us standing for about two minutes before moving to another computer then asking our names. We had ask if we should move to thw other location. The staff during the rest of the stay was good.

The View from our room 218 was bad and we could not see over see the lower rooftop's black tar surface from our window. Curtain was ripped, not enough USB Outlets. Microwave Turn Table was not turning because the glass inside was not the one intended for that model microwave, must have been a replacement glass. At One Point during our stay, our key to the room didn't work. I had to go to the front desk and have the key reactivated. The front desk person was VERY HELPFUL and NICE. The Staff was EXCELLENT and Very Professional.

The Air Conditioner Truly Worked Very Well. Water in Shower was Nice and HOT. Bed was Very Comfortable. Room was Very Clean, not brand New but nice enough for me to give a 9 for cleanliness. Bathroom was modern but Shower/Tub Area needs to be Updated. Shower looked OLD and could use a TILE Remodel. The Staff of this Hotel were VERY NICE and Very PROFESSIONAL!! Very Rare to find this level of Treatment in hotels.

Convenience to the Visitor Center and buses into Colonial Williamsburg. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool and hot tub were gross. Both had a film on the surface and debris floating in the water. We stayed in a suite with a pull out bed in the sofa, and you could tell the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from the last time they were used.

I didn't realize until I arrived that I would have to pay for the breakfast buffet. There were good selections but considering that I paid over $300 for the 2 nights it would have been very nice if they had let me have the buffet for free. Also, the room that I stayed in was quite nice but it was right on Bypass Road and the view was of the gas station across the street!

This hotel has a personable and professional staff. The hotel seems relatively new and is very clean and has a fresh feeling to it. Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations and Colonial Williamsburg.

The breakfast crew had a hard time getting it right. The waitress was kind and did her best, but the cook didn't seem to know what he was doing.

We loved the room size, the comfortable beds and the sitting area in our room. The location was perfect as well.

There was no wording on booking.com that stated that there were only 2 breakfast vouchers given; so not all of us could eat without paying an additional $17 (plus a tip). This was a hardship because I did not realize I'd have to pay more unlike other hotels that offer buffet morning breakfast in the area. Staff were not too social (accept evening bar tender/Host employee -he did great job serving!).

Dinner prices seemed fair, pool/gym area was clean, room was great (comfy beds), and breakfast was awesome!
