We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was stuffy when we arrived, I turned the a/c down to cool the room while we were gone, and fan speed wouldn't change on the thermostat. There's mold in the air supply vent. I only saw it when I tried to adjust the temp on the thermostat in the middle of the night.
Spacious room, well lit bathroom, great shower water pressure (almost too much), and a clean room.

United States of AmericaIt seemed to me our rooms a/c was either not working or the room was closed off for so long it took tell probably the next when we were Checking out that it got somewhat comfortable in the room. It was so Hot! I had a wet washcloth with me all night trying to get cooler

United States of AmericaNo one told me what time breakfast was, when the pool opened or closed, where breakfast even was, or anything after handing me my room key. You have to ask because nothing is explained and because of it, I almost missed breakfast. I was also not told that the included breakfast was only for 2 people and even if you paid extra for 3 adults to stay there, you still have to pay extra for breakfast. It would have been fine but no one explained it to me at check in. Also, the suite does not come with anywhere to sit to eat in the room.
The room was nice, the hotel was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast restaurant ac was not working so it was very warm and uncomfortable. The main lobby and atrium area ac was not working properly either. This is where my family gathered to socialize and it was so hot! The room ac had to have maintenance come and fix it so it would get cold. It started off so hot and would not cool down. There was construction going on everywhere.
The staff was very nice, the place was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The pool Area and dinning Area was the only thing clean in the hotel. the lady that worked in the dinning area was so sweet, she was clean and friendly, anything I needed help with she helped with a smile!

United States of AmericaI don’t know what type of detergent is used for washing linen (if they even wash it between residents) but the linen was itchy. I remember a time Holiday Inn was a quality hotel chain. Building is in need of a facelift, very outdated. The extra lock was broke on door and traveling alone it didn’t make me feel secure. Best Western was a cleaner experience than staying at the Holiday In.

United States of AmericaHad to talk to the front desk lady. We planned to arrive late and let my kids sleep in, but no! Construction right above our suite woke them up. Of course since we book thru booking.com they couldn't comp any part of our room. They said they would reach out to booking.com to see if you guys can credit me for it. She said your representative would reach out to me but still nothing. And that sucks because I loved the hotel and I love and frequently use booking.com but if I cant get it take care if then I'll look someone else for my booking needs in the future
