Parking was not the greatest. Not enough handicapped spaces are available. The cookware supplied was difficult to clean after use. There was not enough clearance space between toe bed and the wall for a stroller to fit into the room. We had to store the stroller in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for walking to and from restaurants and attractions. The pools were well-kept. Was offered clean towels daily. The kitchenette was clean and easy to use.

Me and my family traveled here for fall break we enjoyed our stay my son loved it! It’s very affordable and I love how it was right on the beach and boardwalk you could literally walk to so many places staff was great especially room service they were exceptional

The room and the pools were dated. At night it was very loud due to the proximity to Main Street (amusement park, people showing off their cars). We would therefore recommend to stay in a room with beachfront view.

The room offered everything we needed. The location was great - right at the beach and close to Pier 14. We also liked that the pools were heated.

Would like a shower instead of a bathtub with shower. At 80 a shower is safer.

We love the location of the area. We have been coming for 5 years in a row and this time we decided to make a change and stay at another location. So glad we did! We were closer to attractions and we loved being able to just get out and walk the boardwalk and within walking distance be close to stores. We go in October of every year. It not as busy as the prime months are, so this location at this time is perfect for us!!

We were told housekeeping was modified. We were there 5 days and our room was. never cleaned. When we asked for towels and paper product refills it was no problem but to have no cleaning seemed ridiculous. They also had a number to text questions to. I tried it 3 times and never received a response.

The location and view were wonderful. The bartender, batista, Maintenance,and housekeeping staff were very pleasant around the property.

Location ,tiki bar, everything within walking distance and the sunrise over the beautiful beach 💙🏖️💙🏖️ and the friendly staff and the pier 14 right there. It is a beautiful place to stay and ❤️ to come back and would stay there again. Oceanfront view was awesome to see sunrise and people. . Beautiful place to stay at Myrtle Beach 💕.it's our happy place 😊❤️🏖️💕. We would recommend all our friends to stay there as well everyone was so nice and helpful.💕💕💕💯🏖️💙🏖️💙. Love that sound of the ocean waves coming to shore.

The shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was so low I had to crouch to wash my hair. I'm 5'6". My husband and one son are both 6 feet tall. The other son 6'3". The shower rod was flimsy and water pressure pretty bad. The side of the tub was quite high so it was hard to get in without grabbing the flimsy shower rod. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. The thing I was most upset about was their "cafe". This is the property's word. It was packaged fast food, bottled and canned beverages and coffee that looked like it was in the pots for hours. I purchased 2 bottles of water and they charged a 20% gratuity. I mean c'mon. I spent almost 2000 dollars for the rooms and they have the nerve to charge 20% to scan 2 bottles of water? Ridiculous.

Location was great. Right on the beach. The Tiki bar off the pool was a great place to relax and both bartenders we met were fabulous. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a full size fridge, stove, microwave and coffee pot.
