You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNo luggage racks available and not much room to put suitcases, tho Nikki brought up two chairs for putting the suitcases on. Lighting in the room could've been better. Pool was closed for 2 hours mid-day on Sunday for cleaning, just when we wanted to swim.
The 35'-40' long oval heated swimming pool was good for short laps. Pool Hours 9-9 were good. Parking was free and easy. TV had lots of channels. Big nice bathroom. Keurig coffee system in room, refrig, microwave were good features. WIFI worked fine. Numerous outlets for plugging in chargers.

United States of Americait was overpriced for one. It wasn’t the cleanest and it was loud all.night.long. We were woken up multiple times. Also, the room I reserved through booking.com was not the room I got. I reserved two double beds and got a king handicap accessible. I was traveling with my daughter and two of her teammates so, although the staff was very helpful and brought us two cots, it made the stay even worse for those on the cots. The staff also warned me that this happens frequently when booking through third parties, especially booking.com- customers book one room and get another. Since this was the second weekend in a row that this happened to us, I’m done using this site to book.
