I liked that staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the beds were also very comfortable! They offered a great variety of breakfast food and even had almond milk, which I liked very much since I'm unable to drink regular milk.

I did not like front end manager when I arrived on March 22, 2024 around 4:30 pm. She was not polite or welcoming at all. She seems like she had an attitude and like we was bothering her while we was trying to have a normal conversation with her. I know we all have our days but when you are dealing with the public you have to put everything aside to accommodate your guess.

I was very pleased with the facility your staff in the kitchen was very nice. The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

One elevator shook going up and down but there wasn't anything that could say I had a bad experience about.

They didn't have any breakfast selections. We were told that the truck was stuck in Texas. So, not being able to have breakfast before leaving was disappointing.

One of the young lady's seemed like she hated her job!! And the 272.00 paid in full. Then another 25.00 said refundable have not got yet ? Almost 300.00$ for 2 nights Ridiculous !!

Beds could be more comfortable. The breakfast was completely overcooked. After looking at what was offered, we ended up going to find breakfast in town. We booked the room here because it offered the free breakfast so we were disappointed about this.

The room was much larger than I expected it to be. I booked this at the last minute for a weekend trip & ended up with a handicap accessible room.

Hot tub didn't bubble and hours differed from posted. Elevators rattled. Key card demagnitized. No hot water for a shower one night.

There was no vending machine at the entrance like it was my first visit. The sliding doors didn’t work with your key and the pool was closed but it is understandable because they are remodeling.

The pool was not very clean, yet warm. The jacuzzi definitely needs cleaning. Maybe try getting someone in to maintain the pool & jacuzzi. There is for sure something off with the water and it's levels. Our shower didn't work. The receptionist (a lady) was amazing at trying to change our rooms. The guy ( assuming he's the manager) not so much. As if we were supposed to stay in the room with a non working shower. She moved our room to a different one, he didn't seem so happy about it. Also when asked for (1) extra sheet or blanket, he stated that there wasn't any but the receptionist gladly gave me and extra sheet. She was amazing. Not sure if he was the manager or not but he was definitely not in the business of making his guest comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and decent. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel thus far. Like a breakfast buffet, not to mention they have a bar with a bartender open until midnight. The pool was warm.

the breakfast is not at all good. for the hotel being as nice as it was, i was definitely disappointed in the breakfast. but the rest was okay.

Our room ac was so noisy that we had to cut it off and just try to sleep in a warm room.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the water pressure and the lack of hot water. I do not know if that was because I was on 5the floor.

Cleaning staff generally lacked towels on their carts had to run down stairs to front desk to get towels quite often; many times cleaning staff were talking on phones while working so you felt as though you were interrupting their conversation to ask for items. Low water pressure in 205, and cold shower at peak time in AM. One washer and dryer for the entire hotel is a serious problem.

Staff at front desk and bar were exceptional as well as morning breakfast.

The door closed too hard. The tension needs loosened.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room was bigger than I expected it would be, and the bed was great. The pillows were full size, not the crappy little ones normally in hotels. There are Keurigs in the room so we can bring our own pods for our favorite coffee.
