Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. It was right next to the stairs so I suspect people were smoking in there. We were going to just deal with it but then found a stain on the sheets so we asked for a different room. The lady at the desk moved us to a different room and everything was fine.

The breakfast was very good but closed very promptly.

Room was huge, but the configuration of the bathroom was curiously designed. The tub/shower was right next to the towel rack (good thing), but right above the toilet paper dispenser.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the sheets were dirty. The air conditioning was very loud; the room was often very hot or very cold. I couldn’t find a happy medium.

Parking was at a premium because trucks took over oo many spaces. We had an end room that had a very small bathroom and no closet.

We chose to eat out, because of the breakfast selection. However a kitchen staff member was kind enough to bring me an apple and an orange when there was no more fruit out.

The man at the front desk who checked me in on Thursday wasn’t too polite! I didn’t care for any of the breakfast. The hot water dispenser has crust on the part where the hot water comes out. That was a turn off for me, so I didn’t eat the breakfast. Please improve your breakfast selection and clean your hot water dispenser!

I was pleased with the hotel. However, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom giving the appearance that blood was on it and not washed out.

The location of the hotel was perfect! I had a job fair to attend at Morgan State University so the hotel was conveniently located to my meeting.

The front desk staff was not as visitor friendly as I would have liked.

The breakfast was okay. The location was GREAT - close to everything we needed and everywhere we needed to go. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I loved having housekeeping come in to clean each day.

Was "overbooked" for a 2 Queen Bed room that I reserved? Only had a King and a sofa bed for my teen and I. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Can't understand why they didn't have the room I reserved when I arrived? Some compensation would have been nice, as the "upgrade" ended up being worse sleep for my teen.

Thought it was odd that coffee and tea were not available until the breakfast room opened. We ended up going back to our room to make coffee and tea and then headed back down to wait for breakfast.

The hotel was an easy on/off from the freeway. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff was very helpful even calling to make sure everything in the room was fine. This was a one night stay on the way to the airport. It worked fine for what we needed.
