Hotel was dated. Room smelled dank - sort of like a dirty aquarium. Parking was limited. Lots of storage containers taking up the spaces. Maybe they are preparing for a much needed renovation.

No vending machines. We wanted a bottle of water and a soda. The hotel sells them in the lobby. When we went down to buy one, there were 2 lines of people waiting to check in and the lines were moving very slowly.

Told breakfast was $15 when we went to eat. When we registered we were just told the breakfast hours not the cost. Passed on breakfast. CNN was on the lobby TV. 😖😖😖 Room was very small.

Difficult to pay for incidentals online, would not accept form if it was scanned in, which is ridiculous. Shuttle dropped me off at the wrong building, had to walk extra to get to the right place. Really expensive for not having breakfast included. The food in the "pantry" area was overpriced.

The lobby was presentable and the staff was friendly. Glad they offered shuttle service, late check-out, and wake-up calls. The shuttle ride was decent and the bed was comfortable. Wish the pillows were firmer but one out of the four was.

I stayed at this same location before. It has since gone down hill. Only thing I like about the room was the bed. I could compare the cleanliness and quality around to motel 6

Bathroom was small, not a good layout. I made this reservation specifically for the on-site restaurant and outdoor pool from their site. Well the pool was empty, due to maintenance and the restaurant closed for lunch. of course when we wanted to eat something. nothing on the hotel site stating either of those tid bits.

The hotel did not have any clean towels for or 2nd night stay. we ask for towels that Saturday morning the guy said it would be later. I called Sunday morning to get towels the Front desk person said they did not have any clean towels.. Really no towels…

It's clear that this location has been updated. I'd be curious to know what the newer rooms look like. We stayed in one of the original rooms & it showed. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall & in danger of falling off completely. The bathroom was small & kind of cramped. The air conditioning unit was literally inches from one of the beds, blasting cold air directly into the face(s) of whomever would be sleeping there. We had to use the ironing board to block some of the air so we wouldn't freeze. While I understand you can adjust the temperature in the room (which we did), I wish the unit was adjustable/ had adjustable flaps, meaning the occupant could adjust the direction of air flow either up or down. Also, I don't know why hotels insist on buying the squishiest pillows, because it honestly felt like there was nothing underneath my head at all. I might as well not have used one at all. Firmer pillows would be appreciated.

The staff was courteous & pleasant. Holiday Inns are generally great for those working with a budget.

The breakfast was good, but it had to be ordered from a limited menu. There was only one young lady running the entire dining room, so the service was slower than what you'd normally expect with a buffet-type breakfast. The hallways were nasty. They looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks, and that leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you're walking to your room for the first (or any) time. The patio area between the bar and the swimming pool was nasty as well and hadn't been swept, blown off, cleaned in quite some time. Just needed some consistent TLC.

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice and big. The little shop at the front desk had drinks and snacks and some basic toiletries. For the location and the room the price was decent.

We had to go to the front desk to have housekeeping come to our room, after three days no trash was taken out, no coffee left after day 1, we were almost out of toilet paper and no clean towels.

Convenient with a lot of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great!

There was no complimentary soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. in our room. The curtains to the windows was snugged behind another curtain so it appeared that the curtain couldn’t be drawn.

The property was nice and clean…we had a late check in and the staff was readily available and friendly.
