Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They need to have an airport shuttle. The Marriott a few blocks away has one. Without out a free shuttle service, this adds close to $60,00 to the stay. After all the promote themselves as an airport hotel.

When I select the room said breakfast included and when I’m there the lady always tell me the breakfast it’s not included.

Our room fronted onto the road and sounded like soundtrack from Fast and Furious.
Very clean comfortable rooms with fantastic appointed shower. Breakfast was extra,but more than adequate, but eating with floppy utensils out of a plastic packet let side down.

Trash pilling up outside of rooms and at the elevator. Clean towels delivered with make up on them.
Restaurant onsite, staff friendly and near the tourist sites.

Would have liked for the room to be cleaned in the morning. For the price, the bed should be made and the towels should be fresh everyday

We generated a lot of garbage because the airline lost my luggage and we had to buy clothes for fall weather. So there were bags and plastic and cardboard and really no place to put it even outside that I could see. Should have asked.
Breakfast wasn't so great but we had dinner there and my husband was raving over the meatballs and especially the sauce...and we just came from Rome so this was shocking. Compliments to the chef on Tuesday night. Also the lady who tended bar was superb! Loved chatting with her.

A shuttle would have been great as we spent approx $35 getting to and from the airport.
The hotel is reasonably close to the airport and a reasonable deal for a short stay close to the airport. Joe on the bar was lovely and working extra hard as he was doubling up as the chef for the evening. Appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in reception.

You can really only get there by taxi or Uber, which is a pity because public transport is the best way to gevel in Boston.
Rooms OKish, breakfast really good. Hotel in general not top notch though.

However, it is a bit misleading to say that it is at Logan Airport and that there was no shuttle service. We payed 25$ for a taxi ride from the airport even though it was 10 minutes away...
Everything went well, the hotel was clean and we were able to check in late after our flight got in.

This is the most expensive 3-star hotel during my trip. But still, breakfast is not included, parking is extra 15 dollars per night. They don’t clean your room if you don’t make a request during your stay. The wall of the hotel is thin, you can hear others walking around in the midnight.

Convenient hotel in Chelsea not far from downtown Boston. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area is a bit small but still ok for the kids. Don’t arrive too late as the main car park will be full.

The Holiday Inn check-in attendant and supervisor had a difficult time completing our room payment -- Holiday Inn's server was slow and offline for several minutes. Holiday Inn could improve on technical processing. The price of drinks at the bar was way too high for the value received. Small drinks, mostly ice.
Our overnight stay was brief -- we left the Holiday Inn at 5:15 AM before breakfast started at 6 AM. We wish we could have had a free breakfast. The Holiday Inn location so close to Logan International Airport was a big plus.
