A little outdated but honestly worked out perfect for us.

Great location for flying into Burbank and spending the day at universal studios. Lots of fun restaurants that you can easily walk to. It was clean and staff was very friendly.

Even though it's standard, I really hate paying for parking to be able to stay at this hotel.

    Clean rooms and quiet hotel.

I wanted to get my room cleaned and they were “sold out” for the day. Why not just say they don’t like changing sheets until guests have checked out? We were able to get fresh towels and garbages hauled daily instead. The branding is “Hotel Burbank” but the structure is very much Holiday Inn. Please consider investing in a full renovation as the rooms are dated and do no fit the “modern” decor of the lobby.

Great location walkable to downtown, many restaurants, and bus lines to North Hollywood and DTLA. Convenient in-house bar and coffee shop. Also, excellent hotel shuttle! You can call ahead for pick up and drop off to BUR airport. Also, adorable Uber/Lyft ride to Universal Studios.

I was located overlooking the freeway and railroad tracks, making it noisy and harder to go to sleep. Those particular suites overlooking those places should have duel pane windows to block the noise out.

Location and the spacious 1 bedroom suite. Although the hotel was full, the hotel as a whole was quiet and relaxing

Whilst the suites have a small kitchen facility (microwave, bar refrigerator and sink) there were no plates or cutlery. This was a little strange. Possibly a hangover from Covid days?

I stayed for two weeks. The proximity of the hotel to the shopping area of San Fernando Bld. was a big bonus. the suite I booked was large and had an interesting view of the Los angeles hills. The staff were very helpful when I sought information or advice. Both buildings has a coin operated laundry room. This was great for a long stay. I intend to stay here again in February 2025. If you are smart bring a HDMI cable and watch all your shows (Netflix etc.) free.

    no complaints

Finding the hotel was a breeze, plus the parking was convenient and didn't break the bank. We had plenty of eating and drinking spots within walking distance. The staff were super friendly, and our room was spotless. Everything worked like a charm, and the beds were comfy. Surprisingly, it was peaceful around despite being close to a main highway.

The building is a little outdated from his feedback - he said although they've renovated, some parts still felt outdated but that's just his feedback. Overall he would stay again

I had a friend of mine stay here and he absolutely loved it! Although I booked the room for him, he said the access to Downtown Burbank and ability to have everything literally at his doorstep was amazing!

I didn't like the fact that the shuttle was not running very often from the airport. I had to call a few times to see if they were coming at all and was repeatedly told they were 'on the way'. It was a very cold rainy night and I had to stand outside waiting for at least 20 minutes. Also, on the second day only 1 elevator was working. After waiting a few minutes myself and a few other guests realized nothing was coming down or going up, so we decided to walk down to level 1. Luckily my room was on the 3rd floor and wasn't terribly bad. The food in the cafe was decent but rather pricey. I was never able to get the wifi to work in my room sooooo it was just basic tv for the time I was in the room.

The hotel was located in excellent proximity to where I needed to be. The staff was cordial and eager to help when needing directions or offering suggestions for dining.
