We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only reason why I didn’t give higher is that the property has 4 elevators and no stairs which became a problem when 3 of the elevators stopped working. Guests were stuck on every floor and it was a mess. The staff kept saying the same thing - maintenance is working on it…. All day long. It was pretty amateur and I hope not normal.
Great location and price. Easy to get in and out and also great shuttle service

The airport shuttle took almost an hour to come to pick me up and the front desk was called at least 4 times. There’s quite a bit of outside noise from the room I was in, almost sounded like the window was open.
The location from the airport is great! The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and lovely staff.

Parking lot needs a serious makeover. Area is overgrown, weedy, and for such a nice hotel, frankly looks bad. Make SOME effort to fix it up or clean it up!!

The restaurant on-site was a disappointment. Not with the hotel, but leasing the space. Waiter ignored us, I got the wrong order and we didn’t get our food in time to f8nis( before we had to leave even though we gave it a hour and we ordered at the same time as two other people who finished their meal and left before we got ours. I wish there was another eating option for breakfast.
Shuttle drivers were great and so was the staff at the desk. The woman at the coffee kiosk in the lobby was very helpful.

Like most hotels the walls are a little bit thin.

Lina, Freddy and Chyna (?) at the front desk provided exceptional check-in and bus shuttle service. They were friendly, listened to my needs and were a tremendous help to me with getting settled in at the hotel -- e.g. provided wheelchair for my companion, helped us up to the room, and picked me at car rental return. Car shuttle to airport was prompt and easy. Wait staff at on-site restaurant was professional and attentive. All in all, an excellent choice for near-airport accommodations.

My Mom and I used their free shuttle. But my sister met us there in her car and had to pay for parking.Also they charge for breakfast .Usually the hotels I stay re to stayat offer those amenities for free.
Location was good.We didn't eat breakfast because we would of had to pay for it and we didn't have time.We ate supper. It was very good but kind of expensive. Staff was helpful and nice. The free shuttle was convenient.

I hated that it did not have breakfast. Why would you go to the hotel near the airport and not have breakfast available? I did not pay attention to this when booking otherwhise I would never have booked this hotel. They do not have an option to pay for a breakfast buffet and you need to go to the restaurant in the hotel to get breakafast (really nice restaurant btw, good food etc), I wanted to get out and explore the city, but with all the sitting down and ordering breakfast and the time it took to do that made everyting so slow we decided to stay in the hotel.
The location was excellent, near the airport, easy to get to and out of. Check-in was fast, room spacious, clean, overall very nice. The property is located in a building that it shares with another hotel. Pay attention to this when booking because this impacts on the possibility to get the breakfast buffet. They were able to check me out late, as my flight was leaving at night, so that was also a plus.

That's what was disappointing, I was told breakfast was included and when I woke up to have breakfast concierge told that this part was no longer available
