Room needed some maintenance. Bathroom shower needed maintenance such as gout refresh. Carpet needed a better cleaning. Showed signs of traffic. Old spots. Overall good experience.

Centric, close where business is. Restaurant is the most important factor to choose from other locations.

The front desk man upon our depature was very rude and upsetting. It was the only reason I will not stay here again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was excellent despite one bad encounter with staff. The front desk woman upon arrival was very friendly and helpful.

The fudge in my room didn’t work, the couch in my room was nasty with hair all over it and what looked like grease on it. Breakfast was not included with my stay so I have to pay for it and it was not worth the price half of it was soggy and inedible.

I liked that it was quiet and the tiny soap they provided.

The king size bed was a bit too firm for both of us. We’d be more comfortable with a topper or different/ thicker topper than what was over the mattress. Both of our sleep was affected. Coffee taken away too soon as we slept in. Gone at 10:00 am. Checkout: noon

I had an evening meal in your restaurant/ bar area. I ordered cream spinach dip and potato soup. I was very dissatisfied with how it was prepared. The potato soup had a few diced potatoes in a watered down broth and the spinach dip was so thick and had no taste at all. It was just a clump of cream cheese and spinach. I’ve eaten spinach dip many times and have never had it tase as awful as this one at your hotel. I informed the waitress about my food and was not offered a replacement for something else to eat. I went to Applebees in the area to get a more tasty dish.

The room we stayed in was very nice. Desk clerk was very helpful.

We had a king bed with a sofa sleeper in our room… the sofa sleeper mattress looked like it had urine and blood stains on it. It was really gross. My husband asked for a replacement at the front desk which they did.

small minor detail - no usb outlets in room surprised me since the hotel is fairly modern and only 4-5 years old. bed was a little too firm and the towels were not soft.

great value and clean and the on-site restaurant Johnnys Italian Steakhouse was very good.

The pool area is very small and if there would have been any other guests there wouldn't have been anymore seats.

We arrived before check in time at 3pm, the guy at the counter said no problem we can get you a room which we appreciated since we were there for soccer tournaments and had been in the sun for hours and were all ready for a nap.

There were a few hairs on the shower curtain when we got to our room. That was kind of gross. I was charged my stay the day BEFORE we arrived and the policy is pay when you stay. Christine made it right when I got there- she was very nice, understanding and helpful.

Good location for baseball tournaments. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Good food and our waiter and bartender were great. Christine at the front desk was awesome! An asset to the hotel!

cleanliness of our bathroom...wasn't good

i love getting rooms with a separate living area. we have kids and its nice to be able to watch tv with my husband and the kids watch in another room. we come to this hotel quite often, and hopefully i can find a way to start saving more on my rooms, because our visits here will only become more frequent here soon,

Breakfast was not good and with limited selections. Offer fresh food. Requested room service and only received 1 of 4 nights. Nice facility and room. Staff at front desk were very nice and accommodating.

1. There was long strands of hair in the drawers and under the sheets. 2. Next room over were very loud. 3. Shower not toddler friendly. 4. There was only 2 towels, no washcloths.
