Rooms got a little hot at night …. And they did not keep coffee out in the lobby :(

When I gave them a debt card for incidentals they charged me for the full room price that I had already paid through booking.com. Told me they couldn't fix until the next day. They now claim to have reversed but not back in my account yet

The timing for housekeeping. If the ladies could spend 5-7 more minutes I think it be helpful.

The lady behind the bar was rude, obnoxious and spent all her time flirting with another customer and ignoring us, other than to lecture my wife about tipping in the USA. The experience was so bad we never went to the bar again in all our time there.

Had to change rooms TV did not work in first room and certain channels didn't work properly in second room neither. Coffee maker in second room did not work as well

There could be some type of pamphlets in the room with front desk number and information about your dining the times open and close and what all they served I had to call front desk to ask about the times and the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I seemed remember it was a lot firmer

I like the new set up with the body wash and shampoo I brung someone with us and said yeah they give you sample shampoo and body wash and conditioner well that has changed

I didn't understand the bill. My card shows that I was charged 143.65 dollars yet on the receipt it says my bill was 113.65 dollars. So why was my card credited more money than I was showed on booking.com

The lady at the desk seemed more helpful toward male travallers. I had to ask for a tv channel guide and it was not accurate. Also the curtains didn't close all the way so I had light streaming into my room when I was sleeping. I also feel that for the price, there should be some type of breakfast included.

The restaurant staff need classes in customer service. I have free breakfast with my room. I asked the server she argued with me saying I had to take it up w/ the front desk No one was there. Asked to order a beer at 6;30pm they stated they were closed / done serving for the day. No menu or alternative dining choices in the rooms. I also have a dog with me they put me on 4th floor the farthest room from the elevator. Other than that the room was clean, the maintenance workers were very nice & friendly.

Breakfast was disappointing. No coffee. Cook said no one ordered and they were out. He was upset because all staff had called in and he was working alone. He was more concerned about coupons tickets than making a peaceful atmosphere.

I liked the room and bathroom. Beds were clean and crisp. Liked coffee in room. Easy check in .

I got river front because I thought we be able to see the river but all you see is parking lot . It’s a lot farther then we planned to the music center . Room was clean and stuff was nice

Breakfast was terrible. Staff was unconcerned about everything. We were told the hotel had dining options. They did not. we ended up having to walk down the street to some bar. I have to say the bar was much friendlier and the food was good.
