You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe lady behind the bar was rude, obnoxious and spent all her time flirting with another customer and ignoring us, other than to lecture my wife about tipping in the USA. The experience was so bad we never went to the bar again in all our time there.

I like the new set up with the body wash and shampoo I brung someone with us and said yeah they give you sample shampoo and body wash and conditioner well that has changed

United States of AmericaThe lady at the desk seemed more helpful toward male travallers. I had to ask for a tv channel guide and it was not accurate. Also the curtains didn't close all the way so I had light streaming into my room when I was sleeping. I also feel that for the price, there should be some type of breakfast included.

I asked the server she argued with me saying I had to take it up w/ the front desk No one was there. Asked to order a beer at 6;30pm they stated they were closed / done serving for the day. No menu or alternative dining choices in the rooms. I also have a dog with me they put me on 4th floor the farthest room from the elevator. Other than that the room was clean, the maintenance workers were very nice & friendly.
Very close to the Convention Center where my meetings are.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was disappointing. No coffee. Cook said no one ordered and they were out. He was upset because all staff had called in and he was working alone. He was more concerned about coupons tickets than making a peaceful atmosphere.
I liked the room and bathroom. Beds were clean and crisp. Liked coffee in room. Easy check in .
