Staff at check-in tabel, yes, it's currently an unmarked 8 foot folding table, were not at all friendly, border line rude. There are events going on in the facilities, and we weren't sure if the table was for them or for check-in.. no sign to indicate, and no one greeted us or said a word. Also included on the bill is a 150.00 incidental fee that I was not aware of until check- in. This is in addition to the regular price of the room. This is currently on my bank statement, and I will have to wait for it to be adjusted so that I am only charged for the room. The black out curtains do not close.. so they are useless. There were Sheer curtains only that keep out zero light. With a late checkout time of 11, it would have been nice to sleep in but there was no chance of that happening with the sun blaring in.

The entire hotel is being renovated. We did not have a new room. However, it was perfectly clean, and the bed and pillows were awesome. There is a nice bar in the lobby that actually had a waiting line to get into. We were there early and had a nice experience. Location is immediately off the highway.

I didn’t like that the pull out sofa has no mattress cover nor was it ready for use. I also didn’t like the fact the charge a $150 deposit for the room on top of full payment.

The rooms were nicely updated and the beds were amazing comfortable.

I did not like that there was a damage deposit of $150 due at check in. We were unaware of that. Usually hotels just put your card on file and charge later if necessary. Thankfully the $150 is refundable. I just think that something on the website should say that there is a $150 deposit because some people may not have that readily accessible.

Requested a handicapped accessible room and was told 159 was HA. It wasn't. The shower was unusable by a person with mobility issues.

Early check in and close to the national park. There were food options nearby. Plenty of parking.

The pull out couch that my girls slept in was way too close to the AC and they froze all night. And the food for breakfast was not worth the price.

The pool was nice. The bed sizes and comfort was good. The breakfast was ok.. The price for the breakfast was a lot for the "just ok" quality of food.

We always stay in the Independence area when we come to Cleveland. This hotel was okay it did the job but not amongst the best in the area. The room was a regular room but it very sizeable at all for the price. The room ALSO DID NOT have a microwave in it. There are hotels that are $50 dollars a night that have microwaves in them, I thought this was very strange. It's was very noisy or atleast when we were there. You can hear every movement in the hallway whether people are running or slamming their doors or talking. The hotel did its job as we only stayed for one night this time but if this was a 2 or 3 day trip this would not be our first choice .

It’s an older building. The bathroom is updated with older fixtures, room carpet seemed old.

Clean and basic. Close to the Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital and good choice of nearby restaurants.

We arrived before the 3:00 pm checking and were not allowed to use the swimming pool because we didn’t have a room key yet! We were traveling with our school age grandkids and they were very disappointed. As a result they could only use the pool for 45 minutes before getting changed for dinner. Likewise after we checkout we were not permitted fo use the pool. During our stay there were no other guests using the pool.

The door to the bathroom was difficult to close, the desk was dirty, the hallways were dirty, and the breakfast was below average… specifically, the sausage tasting off and the bacon, being way over cooked, and the potatoes being soggy. This stay was fine, but there was nothing exceptional

The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable- I really liked the lady who checked us in… She was fantastic
