Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThought we had a 30 dollar credit for breakfast but turns out we didn't even though its mentioned in the booking . It's 30 dollars per room . That hardly gets you breakfast for two. Also the constant calls about timeshares are annoying
Lovely apartment and swimming pool very nice . 10 mins walk to the strip. Great view of the sphere

United KingdomAt checkin after queuing for a while give all the information required then you are directed to another queue and give all the same information again!! Only for them to then try selling you timeshare. I found that really bad and so won’t be back.
Okay but off strip if that’s what you want

SloveniaThe check-in procedure was slow and cumbersome, I had to go to another counter to enable key cards. The on-site restaurant is rather small and the menu selection is quite limited. I was unable to book the breakfast onsite with the room. The aircon controls are unintuitive.
The beds are extremely comfy. The location is good with the strip, the sphere and convention centers within walkable distance. Given the location the area is relatively quiet, except for the usual roar of airplanes.

SingaporeThe restaurant is small, so can’t serve fast & accomodate all guests. I bought a bottle of water from vending machine & it was out of stock but the machine still charged my credit card.
Complete facilities in the room, for kitchen, washing dishes, washing clothes & dryer all the pkates & cups. Location not far from Las Cegas strip.

United States of AmericaWe felt like the restaurant was a bit overpriced for what you get. I dobt mind paying more but the quality did not match the price.
We loved all the pool options. Our Condo looked out at the Sphere and we really enjoyed that. The condo was very comfortable.

Israel1. The breakfast is included, however pay attention that it only covers 30$ per room per day, and is actually a voucher you can use in the hotel restaraunt. Needless to say that for a family of 4 it was far from being enough, and we had to spend much more. 2.There is no elevator, so if your room is at the second or third floor, you will need to carry your luggage up. The service can help with that though. 3. The hotel is relatively close to the strip, but still at least 10-15 minutes walk, so for those who want to be close to the main attractions it might be a bit far away.
This hotel is a perfect match for families. Being located close to Las Vegas hotels strip, it is an oasis which is very quiet and intimate. There are small swimming pools around the hotel buildings. We also used a game room that has a ping pong table. The suite had a washing machine and a dryer, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. The rooms were very spacious, and it was a perfect match for our family of 4.

United States of AmericaCheck-in was clunky. They were unable to even find our reservations (we each checked in separately) and it took a bit of time for them to track them down even tho I had all of my reservation numbers etc. For some reason even tho I was without a car I was put in the furthest building, it would have been nice as a person staying alone to be closer to the front since I was walking everywhere. Not a dealbreaker. The "market" on site was closed the entire time I was there. The bar and grill was fine.
It was really nice having a whole apartment. When I booked the "hotel" I didn't realize it was a time-share. I ubered to a grocery and was able to stock up on some food which saved me a little money since I was able to eat breakfast and some other meals in my apartment. It was really nice having it fully stocked and having laundry right in the apartment. It was a little dated but very clean and super comfortable. The giant bathtub was great for soaking after a long day at the conference for work. The pools and hot tubs were all really nice! Staff was very nice.

United States of AmericaThe ride services between our building and the front building were great most of the weekend, except Sat when we needed it most (we were in one of the bldgs near back of property). However, security and other staff jumped into help so we could get transported.

GermanyThe employees were already very annoyed and unfriendly upon arrival. Also, despite the description, there is no free breakfast but only a 30 dollar credit per night which could then be redeemed in the in-house restaurant. there was no buffet so that we had to order a la carte breakfast but the budget was already exceeded with coffee and a menu for each. this is therefore a complete misrepresentation, because there was no free breakfast.
Great location so that you can walk to highroller or bellagio. Also direct view to the Sphere. Very good equipment and comfortable beds.

United KingdomAir con was very noisy which meant we had to turn it off overnight. Tried to entice us to a time share talk by offering free attractions, not good when you've just arrived and they try heavy sales tactics. Lovely hotel and would stay again, just say no to the pitch from the very beginning. If they offer freebies, it's too good to be true!
