I didn't like if you didn't book under the signature series of rooms there were differences in some of the accommodations such as the pools. I loved the facility but I didn't like the location since it was further away from the center of the city.

The apartment was wonderful, everything was readily available and clean. The apartment was very spacious actually larger than most 1 bedrooms. I had a very nice view from the bedroom as well as the balcony.

Excellent location. The hotel is away from crowded beaches and has its own beach. Loved the location , cleanliness and how large the rooms were. The host was great and very helpful. Made special arrangements for us and welcomed us. Also, helped us early check in. Will visit again. Kids loved the hotel and proximity to the beach.

The rain it put damper on things but it was alright, and the mosquito's after the rain was bad. They needed to spray for them it would eliminate the problem I think. Other then that it was good just the blasted bugs .

I loved the staff, and the rooms where elegant. WONDERFUL place to meet up with family that's going out of town. Had a great stay I would recommend this place to family and friends. Awesome job Ya'll.

This resort had 2 different pools. One is an infinity pool right on the ocean. The other is next to the lobby. The infinity pool by the ocean requires that you stay in that specific building. I had seen another review stating that not everyone could use the pool. I called the resort directly to ask about this. They said everyone could use the pool. They neglected to tell me that there is a seperate restaurant and pool that only a select few guests could use if they stayed in a particular building. You have to have card to access these facilities.

The beach was very quiet. We were there in the middle of July but there were no large crowds. Only a few people on beach at any given time and many times we had it to ourselves. There was a lot of family activities including free mini golf and a arcade room. The resort also had scheduled events available for the kids throughout the day. The room had plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen and a washer and dryer as well.

Very small pool, and need upgrade. Property located across to busy road from beach. You need with kids stay long to for pas with road, because cars don't stop , and this dangerous. Mini golf also very small. Not to much activity for kids (discovery room 50% didn't work and small).

The rooms were huge. Very clean and quiet. Will be returning to Holiday Inn Club. Pizza from the grill was great after a day of fishing. Highly recommend the place.

The staff at the check-in desk were confused at check-in. Could not find my reservation which lead to anxiety on my part. Roach in bathroom light fixture. Ant invasion in kitchen the last day. We didn't have a choice of room location because of timeshare subleasing situation. We were not allowed to visit the part of the hotel and pool on the beach side of the highway.

Big spacious condominium. Very comfortable. Back balcony patio was very nice for sitting and viewing bay, sunsets and south part of the island.

There wasn’t nothing there that didn’t like. Everything was great.

The people were very nice and we were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hayes and they were very nice and to us they are be friends we are happy we got to meet and to know. The place had everything you could ask for and a lot more.
