I specifically booked this hotel for the water slides and lazy river. My room was unrefundable and was not notified of the lazy river and slides shut down for remodel u til after I completed my booking.

Very clean, provided toiletries so we didn’t have to worry about bringing ours through the airport, loved the pool bar and great food at the Grill Restaurant. Love the wrist band keys!

The staff was not friendly. I had called weeks ahead to get a room earlier and they said they would prioritize for me to get in earlier. I do understand that check is 4 but I had a handicapped family member in her 70’s on oxygen in a wheel chair that had to sit for over 4 hours in the lobby. They didn’t even ask if we were ok. I have never seen this treatment to a customer and I’ve traveled a lot. I hope this gets to someone that can maybe teach and train your associates to put more effort into caring for your customers.

The guy who checked us in plainly told me he couldn't help what room we got because we went through booking.com instead of paying them ...so we felt like we were treated different than other guest bc we like deals.

Room for improvement could be allowing guests to keep their credit card open for continued ordering at the Grill / Bar area. Constantly having to sign for each order at different times was inefficient.

Pool and water features were fun. I'd stay again if I was departing from the Cape Canaveral port

The distance to the beach, but the cart was very helpful. I thought the facility was on the beach. I was not expecting the tram ride to the beach. No room service.

They were painting the floors. They were rerouting us to our room. The worst part was when I asked a person for directions to our room (since the closed off the main hall because of paint), I was given terrible attitude by a custodial or maintenance person. He looked at me like I was stupid. I explained to him that we just checked in and he just pointed an alternate route. Also, The room smelled like fresh paint.

They didn't clean rooms daily, so expect that. The pool towel system was very confusing, would be easier to just have them pool side to get and return everyday. Also, very loud rooms towards the outer part of the hotel. Especially during construction, probably should've just blocked off those rooms.

The bracelet and no cash system. Loved all the activities. The food was great, no need to leave. All but one front desk staff person was super nice and welcoming.

only 1 elevator worked, 1 washing machine was broke & laying with dirty water in the tub, feel the check in staff jerked us around, they said they would call us when our room was done and never did. Took 4 times going to the front desk to eventually get in our room

pool area was great ! the kids and adults loved it ! plus the movies and activities for the kids were really good too! we even got to witness the satilite taking off! Seeing the cruise ships when they docked and left was awesome!

I wish there had been a reclining chair in the room. I cannot lay flat on a bed. A reclining chair would have allowed for a more comfortable night's sleep.

The room was very clean. The amenities were too notch. I liked that there was a working kitchen with plates and utensils ready to use.

Wish you offered chairs/umbrellas for the beach. Maybe even coolers to use. Distance to the beach was farther than expected.

Bill at the outdoor bar was our favorite! Great service, helpful and on top of everything. Good meals. Mini golf on site that’s free was awesome.
