There should be dry rack in the kitchen for things that cannot go into the dishwasher. There should be larger towels. And a later check out, most places have 11 am, not 10 am.

Upon checking in the lady who was there to helpwas very slow and had uncomfortable vibes about her. I pulled out my membership card and she didn’t even look at it.

When I checked in I spoke with Andrew. I told him how last time I stayed at Oak N Spruce I was told I would get robes sent to my room and it never happened so I wanted to confirm that this time I was going to actually get them. Andrew confirmed that he would have someone send up some robes to our room as soon as possible. I waited and waited but no call from the front desk and no employee brought us anything. We called the front desk and found out that they couldn’t send any robes to our room because they “Weren’t available to us”. It was very disappointing that we were promised something and the employee at Oak N Spruce never kept their word. Also when we went to the pool the chlorine levels were so high that it made my eyes teary and irritated as soon as I entered the doors to the pool. Normally when I come here I don’t experience that at all so I just didn’t swim.

We had a long wait to check in due to high holiday traffic, so plan ahead!

We loved our room and the amenities offered in the complex. It was perfect considering the poor weather conditions that weekend.

I would have preferred a heavier winter blanket on the beds.

Even though it was very cold outdoors we were able to bring the kids to the Arcade for a short visit, they loved it. The entire property was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The dark brown carpet was so ugly. We had a baby and stuff and no elevator. The porch lite couldn't be turned off and it blazed into the bedroom. We unscrewed it.

It was a great location to explore the area. The apartment was comfortable. The master bath was updated. They had a pool etc but we didn't use it

The pools were heavily chlorinated. Our swim suits smelled even after washing them. We didn't know our towels were in our rooms so had to drive back wet to get them. Wished there was a restaurant on-site.

First of all, beautiful scenery! Loved the layout of the villas. Felt private and was really comfy and quite clean. Registration staff was helpful and friendly. Had everything in the kitchen that you needed. Loved the back decks. Large indoor pools. Great food in close proximity.

Just stop trying to sell us a timeshare. It’s 2023. Everyone knows by now that they’re a terrible deal. Also, the pull-out couch needed a cleaning. Had crumbs, etc on it.
