The only problem I had was that my ice maker didn't work, they charged me $5,00 for a bag of ice, the air didn't work in one of the bedroom. but they bought me a portable air condition that worked fine, he later came and fixed the ice maker.

The location and the rooms were nice.

it will be nice if they would offer new towels, they do offer landry, i think it was included (hope it was) but when you go on vacation you dont want to be thinking about how to clean towels, more when you are using the pool

great location, they should advertise better that they dont have a working restaurant, or adjust the price. overall had a great weekend!

that our first night we slept in a two bedroom cabin with 10 people

the lady who was in the main center was pretty awesome and all the staff did everything they could to accommodate us after the booking website for our reservation wrong. We love coming here and cant wait to be back.

Staff seemed to spend a lot of time visiting with each other, throwing balls in the back room, etc. Pools opened late one morning. It was over 100 and no place to eat indoors. Very long wait to get food at the grill because of low staffing.

Overall resort is great for a family vacation. Lots of activities.

The cabin or room, whatever you call them. was a little outdated for the money. We live in a tourist area, and it just seemed by what we have in our area for that value is more updated. The property itself was beautiful.

It's definitely not what I thought I was booking, but it was clean and fine. The value was a little high for what we came for. We came for a wedding so we didn't do anything on the property so if we had more time it would have been worth it I think.

The resort is huge and the pictures online (on booking.com) are a bit misleading, as they only show the buildings by the lake. There are actually tons of buildings/cabins (they call them "villas") in the forest area, where we ended up having our cabin. Ours had several cabins in a row/door to door and you hear everything from next door. It would have been nice to know that in advance. Would have been nice to know in advance what type of room they had actually booked for us. The forest location cabins are somewhat old and ours had a bad smell.

Appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the setup had a rustic summer camp atmosphere.

The cabin are not next to the lake.

I was in a cabin in the woods. But I really wanted to be by the lake. I was able to have a cookout, and everyone fit in the cabin.

It’s a condo rental not a hotel, so they expect you to wash your own towels and extra towels cost extra. the decor was not kid friendly. The weird sleigh coffee table is a death trap for kids.

Great family resort. Loved activities for the kids. Very nice, clean pools.

This time no trouble, Last time Thanksgiving 2021 major screw up with billing, Over charged big time glad we came back. Grandkids really wanted to so I swallowed my pride.

It’s a condo, so you have to wash your own towels and pay for extra towels, sheets, etc. As a family staying, I wish they offered daily cleaning or more cleaning supplies in the condo. We were prepared for a hotel not a condo, so now we know on the next stay.

Beautiful pools and playground, great activities for the kids. Perfect for our family
