We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRemote needed new batteries. The door to get into your room you have to slam it otherwise the door would not shut. Handle going to the bathroom was almost fallen off. Toilet paper holder in bathroom was super lose. I called the front desk as soon as I noticed these things and told her since I didn't want to be charged a $100 fee. She told me maintenence would come in the morning and look at those things.
Location was great for restaurants near by. Easy access to get to by the highway. There are 2 pools.

United States of AmericaSaturday night to Sunday morning we came to the hotel from a wedding. We were in the lobby around 1:00 AM and the elevator was broke and had to find the stairwell to the 5th floor. There was a man in the lobby that looked busy doing something. He was rude and dismissive when we asked where the stairway was. He pointed in the general direction with no desire to help us find it. He must not realize his livelihood depends on having customers.
Location was great. Breakfast on Monday from the menu was much better than the rest of the time.

United States of AmericaI have been to this hotel last year and there is two elevators. I know that the same elevator was not working last year. Now this is a big hotel with six floors. There is only two baggage carts, one is falling apart. As I was checking out I notice a person moving her luggage by a chair with wheels. All the tables in the conference room should be discarded because they are taped up and the legs are very loose. Members of my club made the comment on how the hotel has gone down hill. Before I retired I was a Building Engineer at an office building in Houston, Texas, I believe it's lack of good maintenance or not wanting to spend the extra money. We had an handicap person in our group tell me she had trouble moving down the hall because of a dip in the floor. She could get down the hall but not back up without help.
The location of the hotel was excellent Plenty of parking spaces and there was a back exit from the hotel which comes in handy when you are pulling a trailer. The conference room was large with plenty of lighting. The bathrooms in the lobby was very clean.

United States of AmericaIt could have been cleaner. The carpets were stained and the lobby bathroom was in a state of disgust. Our room appeared clean but had a leftover water bottle in it. The breakfast tables had leftover food on it. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The property was great and for our needs just wish it would have been cleaner.
