You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americasound proofing is not the greatest, lots of slamming doors and hallway noise but didn’t wake me up in the night.
Property is ridiculously clean. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a cleaner hotel. All the staff we encountered were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was so good! Bed was really comfy and the small detail of putting the privacy shade behind a metal track to keep out light was awesome.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was very disappointing. it wasn't a buffe, but a menu, and there were hardly any fresh products offered. I had to travel to Panera Bread and spend 20 more Dollars, and extra hour.
The stay was good. Very clean, welcoming staff, and good location for my needs.

The location was good, good parking, everything was exceptionally clean. I noticed a chair lift for the pool, even though I didn't swim, that is a cool thing to have for guest that need that. Loved the little table that tucked under the counter and furniture was comfy.

Would recommend this hotel, check that breakfast is included, as there’s an extra charge if it’s not on your booking.
