The pool was small, which was fine for me. Easier to watch my kids but that’s the only thing they complained about lol.

The room was absolutely huge! It was very roomy and a nice open space!

Hubby wasn't impressed with the pillows way too soft and tub didn't drain well took shower hadwater to my ankles, also need a fan in bathroom

There was no pancake machine and no cinnamon rolls. It looked like the rolls were not even put out at all the day we stayed. That is 1 of the reasons I choose this hotel chain. My kids and I love the breakfast choices. Before checkout, staff tried to enter our room to clean because the front desk marked my room as already checked out. I was the only adult, and I hadn't checked out.

We stayed with a group of 4 and they only provided two towels and one roll of toilet paper. Our room was also right by the highway so the traffic was a bit noisey.

The staff were friendly and the check in/out was easy. The hotel was clean.

The pool was unavailable the entire time I was there. If I had known that the pool was gong to be unavailable, I would not have stayed at the hotel. I booked with this hotel because the website said there was an inside pool available, and the pool was not available. The coffee maker in my room did not work, could not make coffee when I wanted it.

The room was nice and clean and quiet. The shower was awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, with good choices. The location of the hotel is easy to get to.

The shower and shower head are not likeable. Some heat in the bathroom would have been nice.

It was nice looking with modern remodeling and outlets for charging devices. Most receptionist were helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Shower was dirty, didn’t have towels or toothpaste. Had to go down to get our towels and toothpaste. When arrived not greeted, staff was upset about another customer on phone going off about another situation.

My daughter's found the breakfast lacking. They said that there was issues with the juice options as well as the food options. They said some of the items seemed rubbery like they had been reheated too often or sitting out too long.

The location was quiet even though it wasn't that far from the highway. There were several options close by for dinner so we were able to go out and eat at a place we normally don't have access to. We had come to spend the day at Darien Lake, but discovered they were closed on the first day we were there. The staff allowed us to check-in a couple hours early since they had it available. They did some rearranging to get this to happen.

We had requested for a 2 double beds but I couldnt choose that during booking and it asked to do that while at property. During checkin I was informed that none was available. Might have been easier if they allowed to select during booking.

The first room that was given to us had a smoky smell. When I informed staff, they were nice to provide me with another room.

I booked the room for 6 people but there was only 2 towels in the room so I had to ask for more towels which wasn’t an issue but the clerk who I spoke with was quite rude and even rolled her eyes at us. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The pool was also out of service which was one of the reasons I booked here.

the pool was shut down the whole time it was one of the reasons I booked the place and the 3 days we were there no one was cleaning or working on it even tho the sign said it was being cleaned. the beds were very uncomfortable. The included breakfast was out of a lot of things even tho we went down first thing when it opened..
