Other than breakfast comments everything was very good. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and did all they could to make things very comfortable and accomodating.

Did not care for breakfast. Pancakes a joke..small & rubbery. Oatmeal like soup. Rest was good as a buffet breakfast could be. Other than 2 items listed it was what I expected. Good choices, and variety.

The staff was never there. She was always outside. And the phone did not work in the room you could call front desk but they cannot hear you.

The breakfast was not bad at all. The pool was small but perfect.

Very good, well-managed and friendly hotel in Meriden. The breakfast was good with the hot selections changed each day. Desk staff was excellent and eager to please. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool area needs improvement Gym only had one machine that worked There is a vacant building on site in front as you drive up. Needs better appearance items inside are visible on the outside not attractive

Front desk 3-11 shift want to say her name was Ranashi. She was a breath of fresh air. Did not realize there was still customer service like hers around. Upon checking in there was a line with just her alone she handled herself in such a professional way under pressure. I was promised adjoining rooms by central RSV there was none upon arrival. Excellent employee. On a negative note pool area needs improvement. Spray rust spots and add some plants. Remove yellow lights from inside pool add blue light and paint buttom of pool blue… awesome breakfast

The breakfast was not actually available people were fighting over food. Almost everything was not available. The hotel should state “First come first serve”.The hotel seemed as they were under staffed.

One of the beds was too old, so every time my kids turned or moved on it,I woke up because the noise was so loud and annoying, but other than that, everything else was fine.

The cook Saturday was very rude and hostile he got into a confrontation with another guest and was sweating at him and many children were there and now my two year old is swearing using his fowl words . The guest walked away and the cook followed him out telling him to find another hotel . Not what I came to the hotel to see.also we had to call several times on Saturday because we had no hot water. And no towels at the pool.

Cleanness can be improved inside rooms and even common areas like gym and pool bathrooms. The mattress of the bed was squeaky and had the “hole” in the middle. We needed more light inside the room.

The size of the room was very convenient. The breakfast was also very good, with different options, at least much better than other hotels of the same category. Soap, shampoo and conditioner Dove is provided. Parking available.

The room was clean except for the mildew in the shower. We only stayed one night so we didn't shower because we could wait. The AC unit was an energy efficient one so it cycled all night which kept disrupting my sleep

Great location for what we were doing. The breakfast was plentiful with muffins, cinnamon buns, bagels, pancakes (diy with machine), scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, egg white and cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, apples, cereals, yogurt, juices, milk and coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable

i just have 1 complaint...my room smelled like BO when my son and I just checked in. Everything else was great.

The location was not the best. The hotel was not well marked and because it was on a divided highway, if you missed it you had to go up the road and turn around, which wasn’t the easiest to do.

Breakfast was actually very good. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy.
