Elevator is broken..waiting on parts. It's been out of service for a while. Carpet not clean in our room...unlikely it's vacuumed due to not carrying a vacuum up 3 flights of stairs.

The fact that a hot tub was not available at this price rate is simply not acceptable. I reserved a room with a jetted tub, but the flow of the waterjets was extremely subpar. If you are not comfortable with some unscrupulous looking people walking around open carrying a pistol, stay out of this state. The breakfast has bacon but no pork alternatives, but they have the best potato’s.

I truly like the location of the hotel and its proximity to all the many restaurants. I also liked the openness of the parking lot and how well the hotel removed the snow.

1. One of the light blocking shades was missing, so the street lights shined brightly into the room, making sleep almost impossible. 2. Someone in the next room was smoking cigarettes, and the stink blew directly into my room. Staff was unable to do anything. The cigarette smell pervaded the room the entire stay. 3. Unidentified stains on the carpet and sheer curtains.

it was under construction, noises from the road outside penetrated the room, breakfast items not restocked frequent enough to maintain good selection of items

I fully realize that you are still undergoing renovations so my only complaint is most likely related to that. We had to keep putting water in the toilet tank in order to flush the toilet. Other than that the room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy

The pullout couch fitted sheet was extremely dirty & had to ask for bedding. Draft coming from window that rattled the screen in the window & made the bathroom vent make noises all night long. Discovered that shutting the bathroom door stopped the vent rattled due to draft. Light coming in from hallway all around the door like the door didn't fit the door frame. Hotel is under construction though and hope they upgrade the rooms as well.

The room had a strange odor. Figured out to open window and turn on bath exhaust fan helped. Didn't have "do not disturb" tag. So gone a while came back to no towels. Had to call to desk for more. Priced way too high for race weekend. We were there for grad party in Indy (rooms all booked) $490 2 nights, 2-3 star stay. Didn't like booking through 3rd party site, due to no rooms available with hotel directly. No problems with billing

Pleasant staff. Good breakfast, attentive staff. Good location, quiet stay. Clean. Close to Meijer and Menards. Montana Mike's steakhouse good choice. Had to book through 3rd party site, no rooms available, no problems. Our stay was fine for 2 nights, just way too expensive.

Didn't like all the traffic noise you can hear from your room. Poorly insulated. The pool water itself looked clean, however the bottom of the pool in one area appeared green, didn't smell the best in the pool room, but that could just be me. Maybe it doesn't stink to you, but it did to me so just my opinion. Wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time due to the traffic noise.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and relatively nice for the price. The beds were clean, smelled clean, and comfortable. The jetted tub is nice but just for your fyi, the jets aren't very powerful. That wasn't a big deal to me. For an overnight stay it's ok.

The free breakfast had very little options to choose from and were out of food. The trash receptacle outside in front if the hotel was overflowing. No one attended to it.

when I went to shower, the water was extremely cold and wouldn’t warm up. i even had the knob turned all the way towards hot.
