You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaLast trip room was missing coffee maker, front desk told me they are trying to get some more. This trip missing ice bucket. So there is ice machine available on the property , but no way to get it back to the room. The TV remote did not work. I went back to the front desk 5 times and tried 4 different remotes, they might change the channel or adjust the volume once.????? Tried all over the room and nothing in front of the tv. I was able to get it to a local channel and just left it there. Tired of messing with it , The person at the desk in the morning said someone might have moved the sensor on the tv thinking it was a camera??
I have stayed here several times. Decent place for overnight stay. Served my purpose. Beds are decent, AC good, new tile in the shower. Small fridge in the room. Appears to be remodeling and doing some updates.

United States of AmericaThe room had coffee in it , but no coffee pot. I asked the frone desk and was told, we ran out of those and have been trying to get some more! Wanted to say, I was planning to pay for the room, but I forgot my CC. ! Oh well, they did have coffee at the breakfast.
Have stayed here several times, it serves the purpose. Decent bed and pillows, AC worked well, vending machine, and breakfast. Good hot water and shower.

United States of AmericaThe lock on the door that swings around was missing, but the dead bolt did work. Light comes in around the door seal and hall traffic can be heard. You can hear people walking upstairs like they have great big boots on. There are several signs posted about not being resposible for parking lot problems, but it is well lighted. I had some trash and opened soda thrown in the back of my truck.!!
Decent hotel for the money. Nothing fancy, bed was comfortable, AC worked good, Continental breakfast included is decent. Yogurt, coffee, juice, and waffles. A few packaged muffins as well.
