Paying for parking - really! This isn’t downtown Boston and there’s a lot on the property. The heat is LOUD! Had to keep turning up the volume on the tv.

The breakfast buffet is awesome. The lobby is quite nice. Modern facility.

The bathroom needs some attention in cleaning. In this case, the toilet seat and the shower. The floor of the shower was filmy/gross to step on and the walls looked like they needed cleaning after the last guest. Oh, and if you need a close-up mirror for makeup, there isn't one (more a convenience than a need but I was surprised for this kind of hotel). Honestly, if it wasn't for the bathroom I would've given a better rating.

The staff was very lovely, the bed and pillows were soft (which I like, personally), and the overall room was nice. The general vibes were elegant and pleasant. Plus everything is close by, there were plenty of food options and whatnot around.

There was noise from other rooms at times. During our first stay we found sometimes the flannels/wash cloths were stained, apparently with makeup. This didn't happen during our second stay.

We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of a trip to see New England autumn colours. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. There is a supermarket within walking distance so we could take advantage of the microwave in our room. Breakfast was good. After buffet breakfasts in Europe we were surprised that we had to clear our breakfast tables but since then have come across that in most places in this country. There is plenty of parking.

You can easily access Downtown and Cambridge with only one train so even though location of the hotel looks a bit far from attractions, it was very easy to reach them. The breakfast was rich, there were many options to choose from. We really liked it. Would be great if the parking lot wasn't 15 dollars per day but that's okay. We really liked the hotel overall. It was clean, the staff was really kind and informative. It is true that there is a sound problem needs to be fixed but it didn't bother us much.

Best to arrive for breakfast at least half an hour before the advertised close time - otherwise items run out and it gets crowded.

The location, near Quincy North subway, is very convenient. The rooms are generous in size and spotlessly clean.

Our main issue was the construction that started at 0700. One small issue was that we had to ask for toilet paper. Neither the toilet paper nor the coffee cups were replenished.

The breakfast spread was great. Victoria was outstanding. Both at check in and check out. The security of the hotel was appreciated. The hotel is adorable. Great gym as well.

Nothing that would prevent us staying again. It felt like breakfast was understaffed - only one person rushing about trying to replenish everything, empty bins, clear dishes etc. and doing a great job, but struggling to keep up.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our shower but it was fixed the day we notified it. The location is great, really handy for the T trains - there are frequent trains and not too long a ride into the centre of Boston. Great breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold items.
