Wouldn’t allow us to check in before 3:00pm Safe didn’t work, an employee did try to reset it (Thank you). Address was 601 Washington St. but that entrance was locked

We were in a suite. Two TVs. Breakfast was very good [would rate excellent if pancake machine worked]. Altogether it was a comfortable 4 night stay !!!

The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with some minor renovations.

The property was close by to the concert hall we were attending. The amenities were typical of a holiday inn.

Tldr; parking was confusing. Use GPS to find the lot. Parking isn’t included and is at a location that is roughly 4 mins away. Which is fine, whatever. The issue was that finding this garage was like a bad episode of The Amazing Race. They gave us a cryptic piece of paper that looked like it was printed by a toaster… APPARENTLY it was a map. Don’t trust the toaster paper. Google the name of the parking garage (Augsburger ramp, I believe) and use the GPS. You can only enter from two of the streets so beware that.

Breakfast was good, room was much better than expected, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for what we needed. Highly recommend!

The staff in the morning were discussing how they were fed up with other staff. And very very loudly talking about thier terrible home life, including drugs and abuse, all while they stocked the breakfast bar around the guests.

Clean, and quiet. I was there for a big concert in town and I met a lot of concert goers but disnt hear any partying or rowdiness.

No guest parking other than a couple handicap spaces. You need to go about a block away and pay $9/day. That doesn't seem bad except you can't come and go; you need to pay each time you leave the parking garage. You can easily pay more if you had to leave a couple times a day.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. There is a TGI Fridays on the lower floor...... This was super convenient after spending a whole day traveling. The complimentary breakfast was great even with the Pancake machine being out of order.

Parking. There's no parking on site. The floor was stained in the living room part of the suite and the couch was hard as a rock.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. BW who checked us in was amazing. My boyfriend needed AA batteries and she was able to provide them. Very friendly.

If I had to be super picky, I would say that the room is slightly dated. However, it was definitely clean and comfortable.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were fantastic. They were very helpful and quite friendly. We were in town for a hockey game at the Key Bank Center. The lovely lady and the front desk, B.W., checked us in quickly and answered all our questions with a smile. She also gave the best directions and advice on how to get to the game. We didn't have to deal with a game day parking garage situation because the location of the hotel is amazing! The transit stop is literally right there on the corner. My daughter and I hopped on without issue. The other staff that we encountered at breakfast and check out were also helpful and friendly. It made us feel at ease. Thank you.

We stayed for just a night. The property is in downtown Buffalo, very closer to hotels and bars. There is a TGIF on the premises. The staff at the front desk when we checked in - she was very friendly and really helpful, pointing out parking, food etc. The room was large - a largish living room and a separate bedroom. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. There was a decent breakfast spread.

I chose this hotel in part because it indicated that it has parking, but it doesn't have any overnight parking which-for a hotel- is not very helpful. There's street parking available on two of the three nearby streets and a garage nearby for a separate fee.

Check in was easy, breakfast is included, and there's a quiet, peaceful lounge near the lobby. The room was clean and had a pretty comfortable pull out couch in addition to the bed. The fitness center is small, simple, clean, and available 24 hours.
