You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAt breakfast I was overrun by people with little kids thinking it’s ok for the kids to wander around etc. People need to realise the world isn’t just for them, and kids don’t rule the roost, so teach them respect of others, sit at a table and be decent kids

United States of AmericaWe were hoping for an upper floor room with a balcony. When we arrived (with our pet), we were told pet rooms are located on the first floor. We have stayed in this hotel on a prior occasion with our pet and had an upper room. Not sure why or when there was a change in policy. We paid for what we thought would be an upper floor room with a balcony and no price adjustment was made for the lower floor (with excessive noise from other guests and staff constantly walking by), which did not have access to outside space.
The location was very convenient for the purpose of our visit.
