We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle was 20 minutes late picking us up. At the time we didn't realize the shuttle stops at multiple hotels. Ours was the last hotel stop before going to the airport.
The room was clean, and friendly staff. Its located less than 10 minutes from Midway Airport.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that when I got there I had to pay for parking to be able to park on premises but all the parking spots were taken so I still had to park somewhere else and walk to the hotel. That was a bit annoying. Also, the breakfast was good, but some of the staff were a little rude when they were refilling some of the food. I overheard one of them telling someone that breakfast was done and they were changing trash, so please don't use it. Even though they were still technically serving breakfast for another 10 minutes. I thought that was rude of them. I think they were a little overwhelmed with the amount of guest staying there that weekend due to the taylor concert. Also you could hear room service talking in the hall outside our room about the other rooms and stuff people have left.
The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was really good too.

United States of AmericaThe attendee checking me in asked if I had a car that needed a parking pass and that would be 25.00. I was surprised and asked if that was required and she snapped and said "well, you can park on the street, but you will get your car towed. And its not very safe around here to just leave it, so yeah, to park here you have to pay the money. I told her when we park our car to ride the shuttle to airport, its only 9.50. But if I spend 175.00 for a room to stay there it cost 25.00. Doesnt seem proper to me. And I think that should be emphasized somewhere. Plus, I had to wait 10 minutes to check in and I was the first in line at around 3:30 p.m. there was a line behind me. No apologies, just very little professional behavior.
Very clean, good location to the airport, great places to eat around hotel.
