Difficult drive from Henry Ford Hospital. But not anyone’s fault.

Middle of the night, when I got up to use the bathroom, the floor was covered in ants. The ants were only in the bathroom? Needs better pillows, very flat.

Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The little kitchen area was well thought out in location. No signs of bug infestation of any kind until.....

The lobby restroom wasn’t as clean as the room bathroom but I only used it because my daughter spontaneously said she had to use it when we’re getting breakfast. Honestly I believe I caught them on a bad day because there were 2 bus loads of people who came in that day.

The staff and the rooms were amazing. Loved how you could tell they cleaned the rooms. Housekeeping was there from early morning til 4pm cleaning. I saw one housekeeper flipping the king sized mattress over to clean better. They have soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner that is literally “attached” within the bathroom and sink area, so there’s no taking them. The room we had was handicapped accessible so there was no tub, which wasn’t a problem. They had a 2 peep wholes so if you’re in a wheelchair there wouldn’t be a problem with you seeing shoes knocking on your door. The lobby is pretty big for the size of this hotel, I couldn’t fit the rest of the lobby into the picture but to the left they have snacks for sale. The snacks aren’t entirely too pricy but there’s a Kroger, Dollar Tree located in the plaza next to the hotel if you want more options. The double doors is where the breakfast is served between 6:30-9:30 am M-F & 7-10 am on weekends. The breakfast that’s included was amazing. They have a pancake machine that you can press the button and it’ll make 2 at a time for you. My kids thought it was pretty cool to watch. Breakfast included: Pancakes Bagels Muffins (blueberry, banana nut, double Choc) Bread English muffins Mini Cheese or Veggies omelettes Pork sausage links Turkey sausage patties Sausage gravy and biscuits Warmed cinnamon rolls Oatmeal (topping: cinnamon, walnuts or raisins) Cereal (fruit loops, raisin brain, Frosted Flakes w/ dried strawberries) Fruit (apples, oranges & bananas) Drinks (water, cranberry/apple/orange juice) Yogurt (6 different types) Pre cooked eggs 2 different types of milk They have I believe 2 rooms for businesses to rent and the upstairs lobby was great for doing work if need be.

Nothing except signage to get into property could've been a little better. But, overall nothing to complain about.

Entire staff was AWESOME!!! Especially FD and B'fast staff. As a former Night Auditor I am very selective and really inspect places I stay. This property really exceeded my expectations. GREAT JOB !!!

Afternoon staff had gotten my first and last name mixed up so it caused a bit of a scare for 10 minutes. thank goodness for the late night staff who fixed the situation. Breakfast wasn't the best. Some of the common things in our room weren't available to us.

This was a last minute choice so the price was helpful and appreciated. Beds were awesome. Late night staff was helpful and patient.

No hotel accessories, tab drainage was almost closed, our room was so far from the entrance, they didn’t clean our rooms the next day, and poor breakfast.

The bathroom door was a bit big that when you open it, it kind of blocks the hallway.

The breakfast was nice with good selections such as hot cinnamon rolls, eggs, bread, greek yogurt, and muffins. The room was great.

The breakfast area should be more open to avoid crowding. It was uncomfortable to have people right outside the front doors socializing, smoking and leaving trash. There should be curfew for noise. Teenagers were running up and down the hall being noisy and knocking on doors.
