The smoke and cigarette butts all over the back side parking lot! closest to rooms Could not walk out my door without covering my face. The smoke was so bad!:( Also could not use closer outside doors because of the stench near exit doors; not sure if marijauna or not or combo ...! Did not take photos! I did pray about the situation! As that stuff will turn anything into a slum...3rd world country... that is its purpose!

I loved the layout of the property and the design. Front desk ladies are great!

The facility, carpet and bedroom had a bad smell. They don’t do housekeeping everyday. The fridge doesn’t cool enough and had a sound all the time. The pool was green.

It was confortable and well located. The bed was good and the bedroom was big.

I didn’t like that it was hard to get in and out of my room, couldn’t lock the door all the way. Couldn’t shut the bathroom door at all. I honestly was just glad I had a place to stay the night so that I could go to work in the morning. I live far away from work and would not have been able to make it in if I had stayed home.

The saying is true you get what you paid for.The outside of the property was nice but once you get to your room that's a different story,The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling above the bed had peeling paint. The bed linens were stained and comforter had holes in it.The towels looked stained and not clean. My room had a door to an adjoining room and the people were noisy.I've stayed at this location a couple different times and never had an experience like this the owners need to start putting money back into this facility.

That the pool wasn't open and that's one of the reasons I go there I like to take a swim for exercise reasons 😑 and I also think us as a customer we need to know these things do that we can make other accommodations if necessary but overall it's my place to go 👍

It felt clinical, like a hospital. Pool area was not nice, there were cigarette burns on the duvet in our non smoking room and what looked like burn marks on the ceiling from someone smoking meth or crack. Room was tired and dilapidated, no closet. But big fridge and a microwave. Looks like a lot of doors on our floor had previous attempted break ins. Also, advertised cribs available on booking.com but had none at the property when we checked in. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

I thought I had pulled into the wrong place because the outside was so run down that I almost turned around and left. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and had gotten 2 full beds upon arrival. In the room you could see the wear and tear, especially the bathroom, and they didn't supply enough towels for the number of occupants. For breakfast, they did the absolute bear minimum it was very saddening.

Very easy location. Easy access on and off highway, local to food and shopping. With in short travel distance to two amusement parks.

Our room had a foul odor. The bathroom door had been kicked in and didn’t close properly. They were cigarette butts outside of our non-smoking room on the roof. The showerhead was so dirty we couldn’t use the shower.
