Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool was out of commission due to renovation unfortunately couldn’t go enjoy however we will be back again !! Only reason they didn’t get a 10 ! Thank you for such a pleasurable experience here.
Excellent breakfast, excellent room! Besides a run in the sheets upon check in and a measly light fixture in the bathroom, these rooms as well as the property were top notch !! The manager addressed the issues personally upon us calling guest services. The bed was very comfortable, room very clean great size bathroom besides the awkwardness of the door opening in with placement of toilet bowl proximity versus pushing out . The lights were perfect ! The showers were great !!!! Hallways s d facility were beautiful . Oh and front desk was more than kind about extending a half hour to hour checkout that was nice as well

The shower did not get hot enough. The request for a room on a higher floor was not met. And unfortunately, the people above us had a child who was constantly jumping. But we checked in on the late side and didn’t even think about what room was assigned to us so we did not say anything at check-in. We should have, and I’m sure we would’ve been accommodated. But it wasn’t until we were in the elevator that I realized.
It was modern, fresh, and clean. Plenty of protein options at breakfast and that breakfast was a huge help to us as we had an early morning funeral.

Man who works evenings was very helpful and welcoming the night I checked in but 4 nights later for some reason he was rude and accusng me of smoking in my room and needed to "inspect my room". Of course I agreed and when he came and saw the room was not only neat and smoke free but still insisted I had smoked. It did not smell of cigarette smoke either but he said there was an odor of some kind of smoke. That would be impossible considering I have terrible asmtha & if there had been anyone smoking I would of smelled it and if it had been as bad as he accused me of it being I most likely wold have had trouble breathing!! He had already been so accusing I know once he came to my room and saw he was very wrong he didn't want to look bad and incorrect at that point. I left the propoerty the next morning instead of staying another 5 nights like I had initially planned. I'm from the area so I will be letting everyone I can to stay FAR AWAY from this hotel and RUDE STAFF!!!

Everything was great, but if I had to nitpick, I didn't like that the pool was visible to everyone in the front lobby.
The room had everything that I could ask for. Tv was up to date and bathroom complete with toiletries. Amenities available.

We had a small problem in the bathroom. With a light fixture leaking in the shower. Inform the front desk of this issue.
The breakfast was excellent. Everything was very nice, people were very polite, no issues.
