This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The Holiday Inn Epress property sign entrance in not easily visible from the highway, so you might miss the entrance or get it mixed up with the other businesses next door. It's height reminds me of the signs from up East---low and not easy to see.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with requests. Friendly. It's a good location and providing self-parking definitely lessens anxiety after driving a long distance. They also have a good hot breakfast if you enjoy a leisurely morning.

The room felt humid and a little muggy. I think the rainy weather contributed.

Loved the convenience of being able to go downstairs for a hot breakfast and not have to drive anywhere. Excellent!

Last day coffee was cold but that was rectified asap hated ro leave.

There was construction going on in our hallway. Ceiling tiles exposed, paint prep, etc. The crews were not working while we were in our room but the first impression looked like repairs not finished.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was much better than expected. Staff was super friendly. They had a much busier weekend then they expected so it took longer to check in due to the rooms not being ready

The room was clean as were the facilities my issue was with the bed. The mattress was hard and felt like it had the indented spots typical of a worn mattress. The bathroom had no hand soap to wash our hands. I went to grocery store to have some. The shampoo, and shower soap was in dispensers on back of commode and difficult to get to once in the shower. Overall I was disappointed in the rooms accommodations.

The hot water pressure was low. There were no traditional vending machines and the cold case in the front was out of almost everything.

It is a lovely place. The room was perfect and bed was really comfortable. We wod definitely stay here again!

Could not find cleaning staff and had to go downstairs to get our towels because the front desk attendant said she was alone. We needed a stool to get in bed because we were short and the bed was too tall. No one could find one. There was a fire drill and no one told us it was ok to go inside. There was another alarm and no one told us it was a false alarm. We had to call to find out.

The suite was very roomy and clean when we arrived. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were delicious and breakfast bar had a great variety of foods too choose from.

The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The seal on the refrigerator was loose so that the refrigerator did not keep any items cold. Rooms were only cleaned every five days. We had to go down to the desk every evening to get clean towels. The staff in the breakfast area was very helpful, but on Saturday morning they run out of food before 9 o’clock. There was no milk on either Monday or Tuesday.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

Manager or Hotel operator on a phone call at 6 am yelling. Woke me and my family up. As our room was near the lobby area. Very unprofessional.
