This facility is very nice the employees were very nice as well. The only thing was the pool needs a good cleaning , but otherwise it's a very good pool very good location just needs a little scrubbing in the play pool

The bed was the most worst bed I’ve slept on. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a rollaway bed or a hideaway sofa. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard on top of plywood. In the past, Holiday Inn’s have been more comfortable, this will make me think twice and I will probably be looking for different accommodation in the future.

Only I didn't like is wish have breakfast earlier cause I had to leave before 6am.

The main thing I just hated, was the inability to open the window. They have screws to limit opening the window to a max of 3or 4 inches. I want to know, that if there is ever an issue, that I can open the window and jump out (from the second floor) if needed. I have no idea what the reason is for doing this, but it would be the reason I will never stay here again. I had other noise issues with the people in the room above me, but that is nothing the hotel could control.

The room was quite large, two queen beds, table to work on, big TV, big bathroom etc.. for the hotel, especially at this price, was just super good. Staff was quick and polite, everything was clean. The property was just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn.

The beds are a little worn and probably could use to be replaced. The hotel definitely needs some updating. Particularly the rooms. It’s OK it wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been particularly in the bathroom there is mold etc. but it wasn’t horrible. it was awfully expensive for what it was. In fact, it was the most expensive hotel. I stayed in in my entire trip across the country to New England.

The bed was extremely hard and high. I know that you are redecorating next month and maybe if the beds are the same, you could have a small stool accessible for those that are shorter. I was in Fremont for appointments to help my back and getting in and out of the bed caused unnecessary pain. Just a thought!!!

That we booked a handicapped accessible room and there was not one available for us upon arrival. They did upgrade us to a family suite which gave us extra room for my husband to navigate, but did not address the shower issue.

The rooms are cleaned every 5 days (for me too much time), but they give you paper notes to ask the cleaning team to do some jobs during that period, so the room is well kept.

The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the personnel is warm and helpful. The bathroom is very good.

the only complaint is that we prepaid and when we got there we asked if the offered first responders discount and the receptionist said “well you already paid so there’s nothing I can do”

Plug ins by bed wouldn’t charge my 2 items needed new plugs I ask front desk well we’re going to do upgrade it’s been 8 yrs, I retired from the motel business those need to be fixed also told me they weren’t all that way in every room. Coffee maker in room didn’t work.

Not much to complain about. Only problem we had was with other guests vaping and drinking in the pool area. And even that didn't bother me till they offered it to my 13 year old.

The pool bottom was a little slick and two of us fell

The pool was excellent except the pool floor was slick and two of us fell next to the mushroom waterfall. The room was very nice and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was way above average with almost anything you could want to eat.
