The facility itself is not anymore top notch. The indoor pool area would require a lifting.

Very close to the Grand Canyon Village. Perfectly located. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included in the daily rate was good, because of the very broad variety they are offering.

Breakfast itself was typical for the US hotels, more like fast food, not many fresh things and lots of sugar, but that we have seen in many places, so I was not surprised. All the TV sets in Holiday Inn are old school and I am really shocked that you still got TV's on which you can not share a content from a phone, per exemple:) Bathroom was kind of small for the size of the room and for 4 and not enough space if you need to stay more than a day.

Large enough rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, comfy beds, large free parking, in a walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops, vary nice ladies helping with the breakfast, nice staff.

Not all rooms are similar in terms of value. We checked in rather late in the day and ended up in a first floor room facing an interior courtyard. Our room did not get much natural light and there was no view. As the hotel was fully booked, other rooms were not an option. We were only there for two nights and didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a high stakes issue, but is was a bit of a disappointment. For those with longer stays who intend be in the hotel room for longer periods, do keep this in mind.

Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast! The fresh cinnamon rolls are amazing! The location is as close as you can get to the national park without actually staying in the park itself. Very good facilities and services overall.

The breakfast was not of high quality and very limited options with very standard "low quality" ingredients. The taste of the ingredients was not up to my expectations. Lack of variety in pastries and limited options for such a diverse population of tourists, is an area for IHG to improve. Choice of Coffee and taste of the same was horrendous.

Fruits, Pancakes, Boiled Eggs, and Yoghurt (flavored).

It's obvious they do not have to try hard to have nice updated rooms. You are trapped due to the location. Carpet loose, old television with grimy remote, curtains very old, tub doesn't drain, furniture doesn't properly close.

It’s absurd how much disposable plastic is used for breakfast. Why do I have to eat with plastic cutlery, it’s inconvenient, it has absolutely no class and it creates a lot of plastic waste.

Location close to Grand Canyon, great staff (especially the lady who makes pancakes). Nice breakfast buffet.

The little town has a handful of bad restaurants that are overpriced. Getting a decent meal was a problem. The hotel rooms are older decor and dark, but that suited us just fine. We just wanted a quiet, clean place to sleep. Certainly not a romantic place to hang out. If you want a night life and good food stay in Sedona. If you just want super close access to the Grand Canyon and a quiet, clean place to sleep, stay here.

As close to the Grand Canyon as you can get without staying in the park (i.e., camping or park service lodge). The rooms are clean and well stocked and quiet.
